    Massively informative video.
    Compliment your knowledge with some cleaner editing:
    - Clearer video examples with voice over
    - Draw lines and shit over the video to indicate what you're talking about
    - Cut out all the "I'm gonna do that again for a better example"
    Great video, just clean stuff like this up and cut out the faff. We need more of this in the pk world, so keep it up.

    The dipping part technique worked like a charm!!! My wrists were hurting when I did kong pres until I did this

    Certified classic. It’s just hutting me that the “pull down” motion is the catching position in a clean 😂

    Nice, so helpful. Now to try and break it down to simple terms for kids to understand what I am trying to say. After I hopefully make sure I utilize it properly.

    That's huge. Lately I've been trying to push with my arms, but came to the conclusion that they can't compensate a lack of effort from the legs, just be the cherry on the cake (it's maybe only a french phrase ?). I will work on my dip, arigatooo
    If you do a veeery low kong, like 1 foot high, you have to dive I guess ? And you shin has to be parallel to the ground.

    Thanks man. Definitely saving this for watching later. Read the article in like my second *or third year of training and it helped my kongs take off. I'm kinda tall so I usually have a bit more trouble dipping.

      ParkourIsMyGirlfriend yeah the lower the kong is, or the taller you are, the further back you have to be to get low. Where I take off compared to where a 6ft tall person takes off is going to be completely different. If I take off where a 6ft person takes off I’ll do a dive kong and if they take off where I take off, they won’t be able to dip and they’ll probly smash their knees.

      @@JCalebM Yeah lol, I'm skinny so my biggest issue is I don't load/lower my legs enough. But I've been working out lately and just simply lowering with my legs more and it's helped give my kongs that extra boost. Have this one kong pre from a concrete sign to a parking block and I've been starting to consistently make it to the parking block. So that's made me pretty happy. Yet to stick it though, that'll be the day.

      @@Dr.Failtastic haha, I also have the same problem where I can't dip down fast enough but it's been fixed now and my kongs are a lot smoother now. Only issue is that I can't pop up fast enough

      98573617 you can go frame by frame on any editing app like premier. Or even scrolling in your phone. Easiest way to study movements is just save the clip and go frame by frame on your phone or computer.

      @enriqueramirez2542 5 лет назад +1

      por lo tanto, esta diciendo que debes de empesar a ponerte cerca al piso durante el tercer paso antes que hacer el kong en vez de acerlo en en segundo paso antes. el primer ejemplo es el malo y el segundo es el bueno. Dice que te ayuda agarar poder de los dos pies en vez de no mas uno, y te da mas control en el aire durante el kong porque la fuerza con los brazos se va abajo en vez de atras.
