This seems like a great introduction to robot fighting- I've not used these and can't say anything about them Personally but the concept is brilliant. I wish I'd had these as a Kid back in the 90s!

Hexbug doesn't like doing spinner on spinner. Vertical spinner on horizontal spinner is possible, but if they can make prevent from doing that, they absolutely will. Also, I'm not sure where the parts for the battle damage gimmick would be on Bloodsport and Gigabyte, other than the self-righting bars.
Gigabyte might just straight up not be possible. Apart from the Self Righter, what else do you really do? The rest of the Robot is basically a weapon. Bloodsport on the other hand, I think the could make work. The could make it so that the Self Righter can come off, and make the Wedgelets come off as two separate pieces. I could see it working out.
Looks like the best way is to order from Amazon, then send it to US address using something like MyUS.com. Then from there, have it shipped to your UK address. Mine's arriving next week.
WTF, my BiteForce turns like total shite! It cant support rotating its own body even with new batteries. The back wheels, although functioning, act as break pads, sliding sideways across the floor creating an incredible amount of drag. After one play session the back tires are already shredded from trying to force turning. Tested on everything from wood to a sheet of glass, same result. I am about to disassemble and remove the gears going to the back wheels, and remove the tires, and see if that creates better turning, by just sliding its plastic arse across the floor.

I think Blacksmith's hammer replicates the real one's perfectly because of how often it fired in the first Minotaur fight.
I have a hart time with blacksmith. I feel that the receiver is cover and the bot sometimes keeps moving.

Why? They have their own arena, not like you’re playing on the floor or your living room or bedroom. The arena can easily be clean.

They are fresh batteries yes, but they aren't rechargeable. Once they're done take them out and replace them.
