都市固體廢物收費條例草案通過三讀，垃圾徵費實施後，市民就需購買指定垃圾袋棄置垃圾。未來的徵費可能會對市民造成負擔，令大眾重新審視自己的生活模式，減低製造垃圾。
醞釀十多年的垃圾徵費計劃，不同的民間組織其實早已提倡「裸買裸賣」的購物模式，即購買無包裝的貨品，省卻不必要的垃圾。但有些包裝避無可避，又不能回收，市民又可以如何處理呢？昂貴的環保貨品亦經常被人詬病，究竟要實行可持續的生活模式，是否這麼容易？

在珠三角地区最常见的是到处见过拿着五颜六色的胶袋，菜市场最严重，买一次菜使用七个袋一周49个袋！

Everyone has their own right and living style. There is nothing wrong to use disposable materials which are widely available in the market. I can't believe that you feel no shame about trying to justify someone who is legal and moral with your own selfish standard

KAMA 好自私好多藉口，去買餸可以帶番舊膠袋去，佢根本全無環保概念，完完全係係一個港女、現老咗幾成港大媽 ! 👎

it doesn't make any sense to sell products with packaging, especially in Hong Kong. Many local people here will use their dirty hands and nose to touch and sniff the food before checkout and who is going to pay the price? The next customer!
