It was that tv show, arm of wars or war of arms, this episode never aired but there is a short clip of it. Travis and Devon were in the midst of their match and i think Travis stsrted talkin shit about or to the guys in charge of the place they were at and a little fight broke out. I think Travis got hit and jumped by a few of the guys.

Dude, I could have sworn I've seen Devon, from his own mouth, talking about how you should fight for every advantage you can in the set up, it's not cheating if the ref doesn't call it, so forth. Like from way back when before he got juicy. Am I crazy? I mean he's had a rep for being difficult in the setup for like over a decade. This 'rumor' isn't anything new. lol.
You just described every person thats ever been in a match though. They all try to get the best grip and every possible advantage, Devon just doesnt give in easy and take whatever grip he can get just to start the match.
