Toughest parts for having a hard time in those rounds are Ryu & Ken on Stamina Mode and finally Link & Dark Link because of avoiding those bombs, arrows and boomerangs but glad that I completed up to 9.9 anyway I'm glad to see Mythra's Awakening theme used for the final boss.
There seems to be an issue/bug with the AI in this route. They can do the following: jab out Pyra during recovery to steal her jumps. Meaning they stand at any edge and mash A to prevent her from recovering (Ryu, Ken, Kirby, Pit, and Dark Pit all can do it) The AI can input read ANY down B switch. You’ll notice they’ll pause for a split second then maul you again. This can happen at any point starting at 5.0 It seems the hands know how to edge guard and have scummier tactics now. The AI can choose just to not let you keep them together. They’ll input read your next move and do something to avoid it, this happens a lot in the Link battle. Also the AI seems to understand one taking sacrifice damage for the other to give them an opening, or to footstool the other to save them, or as your in the middle of any attack the other jabs you out of it and you take 50-70% due to input reading (don’t forget they can input read shield and DI and that has not been addressed since the games launch). Samus fight they like to grab you out of your attacks (happens to him). Link fight like to both short hop nair you or spam up b in close and input read your attacks and position, leading to some impossible situations with nothing to save you. They also are keen on reading down b so Mythra really doesn’t make it better. Closing the software if you don’t get 9.9 or die helps as it seems the AI “remembers” what you did with these 2 rather well. Most people will let this issue/error go, but it seems from the game’s files it was intentionally programmed this way. I’d say to ask for a fix, because it seems like a possible oversight or at worst lazy programming with no play testing.
Easily the worst programmed in this route is the Ryu/Ken fight. Those retards can rinse your stamina from full to zero within a minute. And that's when you're actually fighting. They can input read for sure, and they spam their most broken moves, the elbow and foot pokes, trapping you in a pincer movement. They attack in perfect sync, locking you up and opening them up for a Shinku Hadouken and/or Tatsumaki. They are also straight up impossible to edgeguard. You can't get either fighter off the stage far enough. They WILL come back to stage, period.

I have an idea for their route: Make it to where you still get pairs like in this version, but make it where you fight characters that have similar movesets and when you defeat one, the other spawns in. In other words, the character would swap with their weaker, faster counterpart after being K.O.'d. For the other 5 rounds, pairs I can think of are Dr. Mario -> Mario, Pikachu -> Pichu, Villager -> Isabelle, Roy -> Chrom, and Ryu -> Ken The route would go like this: Round 1: Vs. Ganondorf (Switches to Captain Falcon upon defeat) Round 2: Vs. Dr. Mario (Switches to Normal Mario upon defeat) Round 3: Vs. Pikachu (Switches to Pichu upon defeat) Round 4: Vs. Villager (Switches to Isabelle upon defeat) Round 5: Vs. Roy (Switches to Chrom upon defeat) Round 6: Vs. Ryu (Switches to Ken upon defeat) Bonus Stage Final Round: Vs. Master Hand (If possible, switches to Crazy Hand upon defeat. If it's impossible to implement, then just fight them both like in the official version)
I can tell your Pyra/Mythra Classic Mode record nearly caught up to your Yoshi record. My highest Classic Mode record is Mega Man, my best character in the game. As Mega Man, you can sometimes spam projectiles from a distance like Metal Blade, Crash Bomber, Leaf Shield, and Charge Shot. But it's not a good idea to spam projectiles on characters with reflectors. In the Galleom fight, I had an easy time doing that with Mega Man because I spammed Metal Blade from a distance.
What do you think of Pyra and Mythra in Smash, as well as the current DLC Fighters overall? P.S I am aware that 2 of the DLC Fighters are at 0% (I also got the highest Classic Mode Record with Mega Man)

Pyra and Mythra are my new favorite DLC, my previous 3 favorite DLC characters are Joker, Hero, and Byleth. I love sword characters created in Japan that are in the game. I'm holding out for Dante.
If anyone's gonna do this, use ONLY Pyra for the opponent rounds & boss, and Mythra for the bonus game (unless of course you need Pyra to break most of the tall blocks which take a BUNCH of hits to break unlike the rest where you only need to hit them once). My overall score (for now): "2,060,750"

Although I do find the hands to be fitting for this classic mode, I have another idea where their final boss could be Dracula given that he has a shared destiny with his son in a way and he could represent Amalthus (both lost a loved one and this was what caused the both of them to be who they are now)

I've been at this classic mode for ages now. The AI is blatantly cheating. Not even joking. For one, they input read whatever you're doing and can react instantaneously regardless of startup or endlag on moves. Shield is able to cancel animations to block. Micro spacing makes it supremely difficult to hit them (and makes you look like an idiot to boot). Inhuman DI allows for them to survive the 100% unsurvivable. And finally, the Ryu/Ken fight. Oh, the Ryu/Ken fight. It's easily the worst programmed fight in this game. Bar, NONE. They are literally impossible to gimp. You get one off the stage, they are coming back. PERIOD. They seem to have two air jumps. If you start spamming side b as either girl, they will spam their own side bs. They WILL trap you in a pincer movement, spamming f and d-tilts. Those f/d-tilts will also beat literally anything in the game too. Invincible upsmash? little elbow beats it. Super armor on all smash attacks? Foot beats it. Ryu/Ken's rung in this classic mode is horrible, and the whole thing should be updated to be more in line with the rest of the roster. Actually properly beatable.
Shared Destinies is themed around pairs of fighters who can be viewed as two sides of the same coin. Alter egos, eternal rivals, (literal) clones, etc.

The Stamina battle and the link fights were pretty tough.
Keep your distance and spam Pyra's side-B to make the ryu fight easier.
