Wow fantastic interview 👍 Ken asked questions with immense depth and I got to see a different and warm side of Graham. Hope to see more of you guys in the near future!
I just turned 40, and I must tell you Graham, What you are describing…that is not being BURNED OUT… that is called Maturity… And I am not talking about getting bore or tired and start being more private and slow down a little bit because we become senile… NOT, because we are the kind of person that always are looking for things that excite us! At least I am in that way, and all your followers are in that way too. BUT what you are describing about looking the next chapter of your life, not being excited about being in Social Media as before, being more private, etc, etc… it is part of growing up, you just did it sooner because you were a Business Owner a very young age, that is all. You will do great!
Career ideas for Graham for next level…. 1) start a fund for Multifamily/commercial like grant cardone style 2) join exp and build a massive nationwide network of agents where you also teach them investing and video marketing 3) become the next Dave Ramsey with coaching, books, higher ticket programs, etc
Listening to Graham's story here feel different somehow. Like I knew parts of it from other interviews and videos but here it just seems more complete. It like he did everything I should have done in my teens and early 20's but instead I went to college and pursued a major that ultimately was useless. I dropped out in my last semester even and went into a video production career. This interview is full of golden takeaways for anyone trying to figure out what's next. Thanks Ken and Graham for this insightful episode!
@@sp123 lol I was in school for 4.5 years… I made all the connections I needed to not graduate and work a career in video production for the last 6 years. I’m good fam 😅
Reached millionaire status via RUclips content and residuals from RUclips videos. That’s it. This opened up the doors for real estate investing and portfolio building. He’s broken it down for us before.
He was making almost 200k a year before his first youtube video. Real estate is a larger factor of him becoming a millionaire than youtube was. RUclips just eventually started making him more money than real estate sales did
Hello Graham, i just watched a video that you did with Think Media Podcast. You gave a lot of great advice. You said in the video that if a new creator would make at least 20 videos you would help them. I have over 80... please give me some advice. I used to be a Homeless Addict and Jesus Christ Healed me. I am now trying to spread his word, positivity , and my testimony through youtube, and music.
Great interview. I would have also asked Graham 1. Why he did not get into syndicating real estate investments like Brando Turner. 2. Are you still buying real estate? What is your current holdings 3. How do you have a girlfriend when you work so much? 4. What is your beef with Meet Kevin? 5. Tell us the story behind your boxing match. 6. How does living in Las Vegas compare with Los Angeles? 7. Why all of the sad faces in your video thumbnails?
This was a good interview. I think Graham should do these more and focus on the Ice Coffee Hour because I See growth there and don’t see it on the finance channel anymore, it’s become to repetitive
That was a great in-depth conversation! I never would have guessed Rob Dahm was one of Grant's early inspirations, but I can see how now. Keep up the great work!
You know there a lot of people like Graham that don’t go to college and are very success because there natural learners they think out side the box and they do what feels Right to them. We need more of that and less of people borrowing money and getting in debt and then figuring out they didn’t need to go to college in the first place
Nope a formal education opens doors. I want my professionals to get it period. Outside the box people in my experience tend to be poor and people like Graham just exploit the less fortunate and he made a great income compared to expenses. Living on 20K after tax was not difficult when only had to pay out 15K!!! He obviously had a similar situation just on a huge scale.
I also tried real estate around the same time he did. It made me so poor! It’s so expensive to keep your license, back then was several thousand dollars each quarter! If you don’t have another job you won’t make it. Also if you have a people pleaser mindset like I did then it’s not for you. You have to be head strong and blunt about everything I think to succeed. I sold my first house after about 10 months of showing, most people just want to “look” At houses but not serious about it. Also you have to work weekends and holidays. I tried it and don’t recommend it AT ALL! if you sell a house you have to split it with your broker and the rest mostly goes to paying the Realtor fees. Good luck, pray before you make any big moves. Only SOME make it in real estate, I really did try for 2.5 years and did not survive it.

1. Great stuff! 2. I would absolutely watch/like/subscribe to Graham's "Daily Wire but for Finance" 3. Graham, you mentioned that starting is best and to not worry so much about not understanding everything, which I'm doing, but I sometimes struggle to even know what you're talking about because I am so far behind in terms of knowledge (despite my interest being high.) What would you suggest as an educational resource that could catch me up? I'm 43. I'm investing, and thinking about different avenues, and I'm in it to win it, but I started late so what would you recommend to go from knowing a little bit from RUclips to having a more comprehensive understanding about finance? Thanks Ken and Graham!
I'm totally with Graham on this whole school thing. I think high-school and the system that surrounds people in high-school such as we were, is a waste product of communism in my observatory opinion. Cap-it-alism is way more free and flowing than with a just-over-broke system training academy, which is high-school even through much of university; I think there is wisdom there but there is much sorting of the lyes and misinformation in the academics to be done if you are a diligent student.
I think in order to do a specialist job a high school education is very much needed. In my observation specalist job tend to not want those without the minimum of at least a high school equitant.
Ken, Graham sold out his viewers promoting scams like established titles and masterworks. And of course FTX… He doesn’t bode well with Ramsey and it’s values. I would advice to stay away…
He promoted a scam ? How so did he know it was a scam, no he didnt he lost money to. He got sponsored and he promoted the site, its not his fault it turned out it was doing bad buisness. And this is what graham speaks about ao why invest money you dont have just because he is promoting a sponsor ?? Like wtf
@@CROengineer If we go by your logic, a doctor could be paid to promote a brand of cigarettes as the healthiest supplement on the planet and get away with it. Well I always viewed Ramseys company as the DW finance of YT podcasts.
Also George Kamel is Michael Knowles, you can't change my mind.

That Rob Dahm video was amazing.
'RUclips finance space is overly saturated'
Way to add to the problem, Graham.
Graham is ADDICTED to "money" thats his problem.... Yes its just like a drug addiction in many many ways
By taking FTX sponsorships

Interviewer talks too mucho
but doesn’t the amount of debt he has out weigh the amount of success?
In his case I would say no. He posts about his full financial picture from time to time and he has way more assets than liabilities.
Not if he has enough cash to pay off all his debt. Graham is very wealthy and successful
I will save you an hour of your time, set up a RUclips channel become really successful, and there you have it!
