The colours changes on the fish are gorgeous, I really like your choices.
Thanks!
You are making so many beautiful things, both stitching and knitting.with shawl and socks you are ready for winter🙂
The Winter Woolens finish is so sweet. The colors are lovely!
The Winter Sheep is soooooo cute, I love it.
Your knitting is absolutely STUNNING, Jen!!! I'm in awe over all the amazing designs u make w all the beautiful yarn u find, I can't knit to save my life and can only crochet a single looooong chain😂
Love ur cross stitch finishes, too! 🐈⬛🪡❤️
Thank you so much! I love the knitting and crochet. I think the best part is matching materials with projects, which is also super fun in the stitching realm. 💕
Loving the witches crafts fabric a great stitch for winter.
That winter wool sheep pattern and finish is so cute!
Such a productive month! Thanks for sharing all your projects.
Thanks for watching!
Warm Woolen Mittens are so cozy in the winter
I love brioche knitting in the winter.
Enjoyed ALL the needlework you have accomplished! Hope our summer and winter will not be polar opposites! If they are, they will have been good times to stay in and stitch!
Absolutely! ❄️
Your knitted socks are beautiful. Cozy for winter. I don’t knit but appreciate the craft and love seeing your finishes.
Thank you so much!
@@jensfiberwebin spirit I am following your #bringoutyourkits Sal lol. I’m not on instagram. It’s from a 1988 better home and gardens cross stitch book. Fun idea!
@@KellyGreen-io8js Oh that's great to hear, thanks for joining! I'm having a blast seeing what everyone is pulling out for the sal. I hope you enjoy it!
Wow your new strategy for getting projects done is working well! Winter
So far so good!
Enjoy your videos. This hot weather we have all been having makes winter seem like something to look forward too.
So hot and humid lately at our house!
Your Giant Butterflies is looking amazing! Great colors!
Thanks Justine! Yours looks great too!
Watching you videos on this super hot 🥵 day. I definitely prefer winter over summer lol
Same!!
I love how calm and relaxing your videos are! Everything looks so beautiful! I'm already started on Christmas gifts, so Warm Winter Woolens fits right in with all my WIPs. ❤
Thank you! ❄️
Love your vintage kits!!
Thanks! They’re so fun!
The Hummels! 😍
They’re so fun!
So many great vintage kits! I immediately thought of Monty Python when I heard the name for the SAL. 😂
I’m glad people are getting the reference! 🐴 🥥
Great video Jen! Love your strawberry dream finish. I don't knit but love your shawl finish and the socks look amazing! I love sheep so would really enjoy stitching the warm winter woollens pattern! Happy stitching and knitting! 🪡 🧶
Thanks Sarah! ❤️
Thanks for sharing your finishes & kits. I immediately thought of Monty Python when I first saw the hashtag! 😄
Yessss! 🏰 🐹
Love the orange fish colors!!
Me too, I was so excited that it turned out how I was imagining!
I discovered your channel through Carolines Stitch Corner. I think your projects are great, you have a nice selection. I'm looking forward to your next video ❤
winter
Thank you so much!
I can't knit for toffee. But I'd love to start to make a shawl for winter.
Great projects and finishes! I'm in no way wanting winter to come back anytime soon lol
I’m with you on that! 😉
❤❤❤soo many finishes! I have winter woolens too, it’s funny you mention all the snow on the bottom that’s were I started and ufff 😅lol didn’t even think of not stitching it all ! Yours look lovely 🥰
Ooh I started in the top left so once I got down to the sheep legs I decided 3 rows of snow was enough 😂
Great finishes. So funny about knitting your shawl with a needle 2 sizes bigger! Sounds like something I might do. Haven’t done this one but have done many similar things. 😂 beautiful stitches. I’m stitching an almost full coverage piece because of sheep grazing in a pasture that are so adorable. So sheep. I’d love to stitch warm winter wishes. I have a crewel kit that I may use to join the SAL but I’m so awful at posting on IG that I would only be a stealth participant. Have fun with whatever you work on.
Stealth participation is cool too! ❤️ I also have some vintage crewel kits that I don’t think I’ve shown on my channel. Maybe I’ll put them in next time! I tried to start one once and quickly got intimidated. 🫣
Had to take a nap break but I'm back 😂 winter
I would never deny anyone a good nap! ❤️
I also have Halloween Quaker and it’s also all kitted up
Nice! Are you planning to start soon? You’re welcome to join us!
Great video as always! We should figure out when we want to start the Hummel kids kits... Maybe once we're done with the water dragons??
Just say the word and I’ll be ready! 😊
😮
The Just Cross Stitch magazine is automatically sending the Halloween and I believe the Christmas editions because they reduced the number of monthly magazines
Oooh that makes sense! I’m a new subscriber this year so I didn’t know. ❤️
Those vintage kits 😍 Wow! You‘ll have a lot of fun 😬
Love your finishes 😍😍
I‘m kitting up „Halloween Quaker“ - we need to discuss soon 😬 Also I might be in on the Satsuma Street SAL - still fighting with myself 🤣
The Satsuma one is only 4 or 5 parts I think. Totally doable. 😇
Your shawl is beautiful!! ❤ Halloween Quaker is on my wishlist, love it!! Hoping to start that when I finish my current Halloween wips/plans.
I have so many Halloween charts in stash waiting to be stitched! I was kind of considering just starting one a day in October, which is hilarious because I just said I was going to focus on finishing things for the second half of the year. 😆 🎃 👻
@@jensfiberweb 😆😆 I say do whatever makes you the most happy, whether that’s finishing or starting them all!!
I do love a stitch that is winter but not Christmas related
❄️
Love your finishes, both stitching and knitting. The WINTER woolie is so cute! I used to have a lot more kits than I have now, just because it made sense to toss the ones I knew I would never stitch. I saved the floss, though. July will be more knitting than stitching but I will go back to stitching in August. Have you viewed the Seattle Stitcher recently? She has been working on kits and doing a review of them. Enjoy your July
I haven’t been keeping up with the Seattle stitcher, but I did hear she was sorting comparing the different kit brands. I’ll check it out!
Great video! Congrats on all of your finishes. Love the Ambah shawl. I need to add that one to my wish list if it isn’t already there. Looks great even on larger needles. I can’t wait to see 2 orange fish on Pisces. So what exactly qualifies as a vintage kit?? Asking for someone who may or may not have a very old WIP in her stash 😂
The idea for the vintage kits is a design 20 or so years old (or older!) and I was thinking kits that are sold as one piece like the ones I showed in the video, but it can also be an older pattern that you kitted yourself. The rules are really just a jumping off point! Anything with a 20th century feel to it. 😊 My kids still get a kick out of the fact that their parents were born in the 1900s.
@@jensfiberweb well, I have a project I started 31 years ago and would really like to get it finished before 32 LOL It was not a kit, but I did kit it all up 31 years ago. I will have to think if I am ready to pull it out just yet….
