Folks, it's pretty clear from the response that we messed up with the colours on the charts. We're incredibly sorry about that, and hope it hasn't ruined your overall enjoyment of the video. We'll make sure not to make the same mistake next time. ~Darryl
Do you think you could repost the entrypoint chart with a different colour scheme on Twitter or anywhere else? The other charts, while they could be clearer are still readable, but the entrypoint one is the one I'm most curious about and the one where I have absolutely no idea what is going on except for the greys and black.
I noticed that the color you chose is the color blue for your graphs, and chose different shades to so people could distinguish the graph but unfortunately its too similar so people still can't distinguish it. I assume it is intentionally done so it would align the color schemes of your logo? If so, hopefully next time you don't worry about the color schemes and instead focus on the goal that people could easily understand the graph because that's the ultimate goal, especially that you are also hoping the people at Square Enix would find these information. I worry that because you focused too much on the blue color scheme that even though Square Enix may have seen this, they will just skip this because the graphs are not distinguishable.
My personal opinion is that FF games have been a slowly diminishing return on investment since 9. Also trailers always lie and I'll believe in the game when I see people play it. At this time, this is all I can say with certainty about 16.
I understood it enough but it was hard. It would be good enough if you just put the percentage next to the corresponding game or go with a graph instead of a pie chart.
Facts! They really need a new CEO can get yoshi p in that chair? We all know he would be great at it. (Yes I’m aware being a producer, director and CEO is simply WAY to much to ask for and it probably will never happen, but let’s face it who else at square is more competent for the position)
I agree 💯. Square enix needs some saving grace or else they will become just an ordinary developer, good but normal good. And imo, ff16 doesnt need to be perfect, nor ff7-ish fave. But it needs to be delivered well and well received by consumers, esp these rabid fans who are so demanding. I love ff13 and 15 no matter how negative the receptions were. But square enix needs to learn from these receptions nonetheless.
Great analysis but a suggest for future videos like this is to use more distinct colors instead of variations of blue since it's quite difficult to interpret the data at a glance.
Yeah, the colors are way too close to each other. Why not use colors that differ more? Not very well done survey results. I could see the difference in the hues, but not everyone can do so.
Having a colourblind friend has made me a lot more aware of how big a deal this is. I periodically have sent them clips from games out of curiosity to ask if they can tell the difference between x and y and too often the answer is no. Extreme end of the spectrum there, but it is a thing.
I was about to comment a similar thing. There's a lot of data here, and I appreciate how much work went into collecting and formatting it for public consumption like this, but it's hard to properly tell what I'm looking at when all of the shades of blue are so similar to one another. I understand not wanting it to look like rainbow vomit either, but to me, it needed a little bit more differentiation than it has.
I wouldn’t take trailer analysis too much into consideration for the exact reason you said. After the first trailer my mind was made up and I don’t want to be spoiled on what I am already excited for.
Played every final fantasy game that dropped in Europe and I have absolutely no issues with how the series has developed. It is my favorite game series of all time and i am so hype for 16, the 7 trilogy and even the pixel remaster. 7 remake was amazing and crisis core was brilliant. Fans are very very excited for 16
I'm excited for XVI because I have a lot of respect for XIV's team and how much they seem to genuinely care about what they work on. The fact that Soken is a musical genius doesn't hurt (all the music shown in the trailers so far has been insanely hype). I was very much not a fan of XV, how they tried to make it this weird multimedia franchise thing and how it was completely unfinished and disjointed on release, which killed a ton of the game's honestly large potential, so I'm kinda excited that it's unlikely I'll need to wait a lot of time to buy a whole DLC package just to understand why one of the characters suddenly shows up blinded from one scene to the next. In my opinion Yoshi's team is one of the very few things keeping Square-Enix from going full trash-fire mode, like them wanting to double down on crypto bullshit. It's just gonna suck having to wait half a year to play it myself on PC as I have little reason to shell out the money for a PS5, especially with the prices where I live.
I Hate Final Fantasy 16 I Hate Final Fantasy Series I Hate Action Role Playing Games I Hate Japanese Role Playing Games I Hate Role Playing Games I Hate Square Enix I Hate Square Enix I Hate Square Enix
Eh FF 16 seems wack. FF 14 wasn’t all that great it’s pretty boring sitting there just repeating keys with no real engagement, I played far better MMOs.
I'm excited for XVI since it's like a successor to XII (my fave in the series) and XIV (which I haven't played yet) and the Tactics games. XVI feels like the series is maturing and growing old with me. It's like meeting up with a childhood friend and catching up with them after YEARS of not being together.
Not really a successor to 12, it’s more like there doing what 9 did by bringing it back to Traditional medieval setting but with the action combat from 15
I like the idea of a successor to 12, a great game. I really liked the 13 games and 15 but if it's truly more like 12, I'm excited. It looks okay in the trailers. FFXII was memorable in being epic and huge, one of the biggest and most impressive games on PS2. But above all, don't lose the FF charm. Sense of humour, attention to detail, awesome music, and chocobos and moogles
If you can look past the MMO part (which is becoming fairly easy at this point, they're making it more and more singleplayer-friendly) and want to get an idea of what this team is capable of, I **strongly** suggest giving XIV a playthrough, even if it's just for the story. Should still be doable until XVI's release. I've loved IX and XII and considered X my all-time favorite of the series before. After playing XIV, I've had to change that assessment, it's now my unquestionable favorite FF game of all time (but I wouldn't put it past them to change this with XVI ... ). Best story, best music, best characters, best villains ... it's an absolute masterpiece and definitely not only a game for MMO fans, and it's kind of a shame that it being an MMO keeps out many fans of the series. Because it really is **that** good. Everyone deserves to experience this game.
I am watching the Revenge trailer literally everyday. I do believe the trailers have been getting progressively better, now all we need is a good look at the combat and some exploration and I believe the hype will 100% go through the roof.
I'm watching a Vagrant Story playthrough right now and wow, ff16 really reminds me of Vagrant's aesthetics. Especially cutscenes. I was waiting for the comics-like bubbles of dialogue to pop up a-la Vargant Story
Quite a few of the top level staff have worked on most of Matsuno's games, Vagrant Story included. Yoshi-P himself has been a Matsuno fanboy ever since he played Tactics Ogre. It's what made him want to work at Square, cause he wanted to work with Matsuno. Kazutoyo Maehiro, the writer for XVI is pretty much Matsuno's protegé. His work on XIV's Heavensward expansion was amazing and had that Matsuno dna all over it.
@@FF4l1e I never knew that. Even more reasons why FFXVI will turn out great. I do feel bad about the lack of turn base but everything else they’ve shown IS Final Fantasy. I hope it does deliver.
The general consensus is very positive. Took me till this last trailer to really start feeling that way. It was always gonna be a day one buy tho regardless.
I'm one of the olds that simply hasn't cared much for this new path Final Fantasy has been on. The movement toward action oriented game play just doesn't appeal to me FF12 was the last FF game I really enjoyed. Never completed 13 or any of the online games. I did beat FF15, but it was completely forgettable for me. I'll probably pick up 16, but I'm not sold on it. I get why they've gone this way and I'm happy this new style of FF has increased the fanbase. I'm just old and salty about the whole thing. That being said, I'm glad that games like Octopath Traveler and Bravely Default have done so well. They aren't the older FF that I love, but they definitely scratch the itch.
I think I voted for Ifrit on the poll. However, I’ve changed my mind and I’m curious about Titan. I believe that each Eikon would take on each role and Titan would be the tank. Similar to Auron in ff10. I loved using Auron in ff10, and I do believe that titan will have the same feeling.
I had no idea XVI had any negative response, as a fan that's been playing since the mid 90s, and also a fan of the DMC series, I love this idea of DMC style combat in an FF setting with FF summons and known moves. Plus considering who is handling it(The kings of XIV), not much room for doubt.
I mean, even Yoshi P has shown he can do that bc two major Trials in XIV Endwalker are practically Amano designs brought to 3D quite faithfully. I don’t think it’s wholly impossible to have this wish one day. I do, however, think it’s more likely to occur as a side title instead of a mainline one, alas. Edit: autocorrect stop helping on names pls
@@ironrex6979 when I see ff4 designs I can't believe how cool they are. At least the ds remake mixes that style with a cartoony one. The intro is amazing and I'd like a fantasy final fantasy if that makes sense
@@AsecasJavi I know what you mean. The CGI intro in the FFIV DS Remake was absolutely gorgeous. I loved how in SopFFO some equipment designs, stages, and overall monster designs were based of Amano’s art. I’d love to see future FF games wether new or remakes embrace this art direction.
@mr.tamoshanter50 to each their own. I felt the same when the game came out but after the hype died down, I noticed it severely lacked content. Game is still fun, but it could've been much MUCH more 💔
Can’t WAIT! Might be the game I wanted 15 to be based on everything we seen…A actually cohesive/coherent story with more than 3 Great cutscenes(ff15),lore and powers that do more showing than telling with DMC esc action and gameplay.
Tbh the info you've gathered is a pretty cool inside but because the colours are so difficult to differentiate i first have to sort everything in my mind for 5 minutes before understanding which aspect stands for which percentage. Love your vids and i would honestly suggest that you reupload the video with more distinguishable colours if not the video is just hard to enjoy. Love and peace.
So a case of me being weird, my introduction to Final Fantasy was when a friend showed me the Advent Children movie. After that I managed to get ahold of a remake of 3. I like Final Fantasy for the stories they tell. While they aren't always perfect Final Fantasy tends to be quite good at telling their stories and making interesting worlds. I'm looking forward to getting a new Final Fantasy story for sure. This is decidedly the part of games that most draws me in.
I’m very ingesting to see how XVI’s story and combat will be. Different weapons and probably different combative jobs. Stronger bosses and more dungeons
@@Neveryn indeed and if he stays as a swordsman then that’s completely fine with me personally. If they choose to stick with it then I hope the action would be fast pace and with more variety in a sense. Yh it’s not uncommon for the main protag to switch up the weapons every now and again but I’m just hoping for way stronger/challenging bosses and LONG dungeons like XV.
@@lordember5230 Clive is a master swordsman, but he does use other weapons when using certain abilities/movesets during battles (Lance with Gungnir, Fists with Titan, Claws with Garuda, Staff with Ramuh, etc) :D. I think we can attach jobs to Eikons or as lore (like the Dragoons we saw in the trailers) in this game.
@@Makuro_XIII agreed and I would really want to see the weapons and skills to be faster and more flushed out. IF we do get a dragoon job for Clive then HIIYA it’s gonna be lit
This analysis is so interesting. I don't think I've seen a breakdown like this for a video game before. I'm very excited to play FF XVI. I've been playing FF since I was a kid when FF7 came out, but 15 got me back into the series after I didn't have a console between the releases of 10 and 15, so the Chocobros have a special place in my heart. I also really love FFXIV so I have a lot of faith in Yoshida and his team.
Am I weird in that I absolutely love both action and turn based games? Sometimes it feels like it. I have also noted across the years that a too high percentage of people who complain about FF no longer being turn based haven't played loads of turn based games the past few gens. Especially the ones who aren't generally JRPG focused gamers. Is it a surprise that it's viewed as a not financially viable decision when it cuts out a whole lot of younger gamers (many I talk to won't entertain the idea at all) and it has become very much a niche thing? If you want turn based, vote with your wallet broadly and prove it's financially viable. Broadly, not just the rare ones like Persona 5 that do quite well. I play a lot of both and tend to, sooner or later, play a vast majority of all RPGs every gen, indie to AAA, turn based, strategy, action, etc. All this said, I'm 44 and I am not hyping responsibly. I am stupid excited for this game.
I love both battle styles as well and play a large variety of jrpgs. I think it’s absurd to limit yourself to such a tiny amount of games…makes me feel they don’t really like the medium itself much.
Not weird at all. I love both as well. Turn-based or Action is fine with me as long as the games are fun. FF has a history of changing things up with each game, both big and small. Every style of gameplay in FF has value in some way and keeps the series from becoming formulaic and stale. Stay Friendly and Neighborly! 👍
I know I'm in an unusual position as I basically wound up in a forced retirement position as a young adult. I have all the time in the world. I know most don't. But there is a lot of good in a broad range of game styles. People just need to find people whose opinions they value to get a read on which things they should consider putting their limited time into. I mean there's how many youtube channels who are checking out games as their job these days? I'm that person for a lot in my life. I often hear 'I'm waiting to hear what you thought of x before buying it' from people with busier lives. I can be brutal about things I love to people I trust and have been known to say stuff like 'It's so dumb and ridiculous and I love it anyhow' or 'on paper the game is excellent and there's nothing wrong with it but I just didn't mesh with it'. But the arbitrary lines some people draw are so odd.
I am completely looking forward to the game with great developers behind it especially Maehiro as the creative director, Soken as the composer and Ryota Suzuki lead combat director of Dragons Dogma but I can understand why fans are wary because of the divisive releases of FF13 and FF15 due to development issues. FFXVI needs a deep dive gameplay reveal to get more fans and audience on board - which they are going to do around March/April- and with no development issues and optimization for an entire year I think this game will do well.
I remember hearing Square say that an important character would be revealed in the most recent trailer in an interview. Did we ever see what character that was? Could it be the hooded figure that had red aether around their head?
no the hooded figure is Clive (an hallucination of sort, Clive say something about this during the trailer). The latest character reveal in Revenge was Cid.
I think it's safe to say that SE has completely written off older fans unhappy with the design of 16, hoping to trade them in for newer gamers who will be more interested with the faster paced gameplay. I am very much taking a wait and see approach, but I currently have very little interest in this game, and I'm skeptical that anything will change that opinion.
What are they suppose to do go back to start making turned based games again. I want Final Fantasy 15 but I am skeptical aswell. I liked 15 but my favorite of all time is the original 7. 7 remake is pretty good but the magic its pretty slow and the air combos kinda lame. I still love the story
For me, Final fantasy is a big, beautiful world. With lots to see, get and do that also has a great combat system. And Chocobos/ Summons Cant forget those
The Revenge trailer probably won't get as many views because it aired live in the Game Awards, meaning everyone watching the show already saw the trailer (i haven't rewatched it after it aired)
Wishing they would release 3 seperate final fantasy XI titles. 1 for each kingdom as it’s own starting point. Having a beginning and an end bringing a new way to enjoy that game. Miss playing that game and so wish it was a mode of a regular game and move away from being an MMO.
You do know that the entire story is solo friendly now with a party of trust npcs. Ffxi plays more like ffxii than EQ nowadays. You can just wait for the next free login campaign and play it like a single player game. It's not hard at all and actually an incredible amount of fun.
Ok, as one of those 35+ players that started with VII, I feel much better seeing I'm not alone in not being excited for this one. I don't *like* busy action rpgs, so even if the story's great if the gameplay makes me miserable I'm not shelling out for it. (Also why I won't touch XV or the VII remake...) Guess I'll just replay the older ones I already own then? It does feel like they don't care as much about some of us older fans?
FF VII remake has a pseudo narrative about making fans killing a representation of themselves and FF XVI has said that older fans that like the gameplay of FF should move on. Depending on what one like with FF, the narrative that SE is putting out makes fans tear each other apart, old and new. And it is even worse than the old "no FF Y is better than FF C, you suck" arguments.
Based. I bought tactics ogre reborn on steam at launch, and switch on sale at Christmas. I’ll do the same for fft if that remaster happens and will pick up the pixel collection for switch. If they were smart they would push out more Triangle Strategy, Octopath, and Bravely games for the 30+. Makes everyone happy, especially since retro style games cost less that FF Hot Topic did and FF May Cry will. Gen z can have their Fantasy May Cry.
Great content and analysis, you might want to pick different colour schemes for your graphics, those 50 shades of blue are not the easiest to tell apart.
I’m at the point where, while I’m mostly interested bc FF and the gameplay looks fun, the story hasn’t really grabbed me as much as I’d hoped. I’m still not sure if I’m going to preorder even. I have a PS5 so that’s not an issue, but idk. I feel like I should be more interested bc I adore FFXIV, but idk why this one isn’t grabbing me as much. :Va
I've learned over the years that an open mind is the best approach to change. I was so stubborn about FFX and FFXII when they came out and even FFXIV. I went in with rigid expectations of what I expected from FF games and ended up really not liking them at first. But once I took a step back and opened my mind, all three games are amongst my favourites in the series. FFXVI intrigues me, but doesn't massively excite me yet, but I am looking forward to June and delving in with an open mind. My biggest worry is that I really did not like FFXV, but I think they may well have learned from their mistakes, especially when you see how epic FFVIIR is as well as the tone in the trailers. I do miss turn based games, but the absolutely excellent Persona and Dragon Quest series, amongst others, comfortably fill that void. Thanks for these surveys and videos. It's very interesting stuff
I'm glad this game has been so focused, they've kept their heads down and just worked on it. That's a good sign rather than a overhype train that tends to ruin new releases. I'm looking forward to FF16 and it's smooth as butter combat system. Damn yes
Aside from the Ai controlled party members I’m excited for this one. The combat system definitely needs a clear showcase, but I think this game is in good hands. I’m a 19 year old that has developed a fondness for old school turn base combat so I might be in minority, but even then I do think this game will have some residence with older fans. Mostly interns of characters and world building
The only "acceptable" way of having AI party members in this case I think is going the mass effect route. Basically making them spells/abilities. Otherwise, a gambit system would be nice.
I love FF, but I've also always been a huge DMC fan and the fact that FF16 will have a similar combat gives only good vibes. I can only hope my hopes will be rewarded.
If Square Enix want to get big views on a trailer again they have to show the world. How hunts and story missions progress. How you navigate and interact with the world. How creative you can get using the worlds mechanics Etc.
The whole turn-based approach to a Final Fantasy game... is a stagnant argument, really. If the FF brand is to survive, it has to branch out of being the old turn-based combat older fans cling to. It's not to say that turn-based combat, let alone traditional turn-based combat seen in JRPGs, is dead; Dragon Quest XI and Person 5 are great examples of JRPGs that flourish with their turn-based systems. But these brands, from what I understand, are not as global or well-known as FF, which means that a lot of pressure is put on FF to be more "modern" in terms of its combat. And... I do not understand why so many older fans can't see that. Anyway, loved the video :)
im way ore excited for ff7 remake trilogy because its hard to f up the games will deff be great if they are similar to ff7r 1 as for 16 im very sceptical if they can make a good story and a good world
@@frederickbingley6699 a good example is ff15 great graphics good characters and good looking world the only problem was the unfinished story which kinda ruined it at launch later on with the dlc it became a pretty good game but yea kinda late
I wish I was more excited about it... I have a feeling it's gonna be a great game, but not really what I personally want out of a Final Fantasy game. I keep thinking why not just play more Dragon's Dogma if I wanted an action game of this kind with rpg stuff. I'll have to play it to see how I feel in the end... but I'm in no rush, especially since I don't even have a ps5 lol. and even if I did, I'd have to wait for reviews before I consider this one. That said tho, the game looks great and it looks like one thing I didn't like about FF15... it looks FOCUSED. It knows what it wants to be and do with itself. I just don't personally know if it's for me.
This is the most excited I have ever been for a single player FF game in a while. X, XIII and XV weren't really my type of game. I'm really happy that it's more medieval this time. I love games like 7 but I am a little bit burned out with this kind of setting. XIII, XV and VIIR have all a more modern setting so this feels like a needed breath of fresh air. Also I don't think that this game will play like DMC. It definitely uses DMC animations but we already know that it will have buffs, debuffs and the stagger mechanic. I expect it to play like 7 Remake but with more active combat and only one character.
Finally someone pointed this out yes this inspiration is from dmc that you can see in terms of the ui but the gameplay definitely looks like has its own unique touches that’ll make it it’s own game and people are talking about it like dmc was a bad game to get inspiration from in terms of its combat system more so I’m pretty sure a lot of people haven’t Even played devil may cry in person or even thought of it until it was even mentioned that the director from that game would be working in this project
The point of calling it DMC is not to say that it has copied DMC straight off and lack other gameplay mechanics. The statement is often a hyperbolic statement of taking one of the most action influenced 3rd person solo player games and compare it to older FFs because it feels as far off as it can be from turn based combat. Imagine the reverse, DMC becoming FF X. Now a lot of people just throws "excuses" (like this X and this Y isn't so...) unto these people to try and unjustify their opinion that FF shouldn't go to this direction. You don't hear the comparison to Elden Ring gameplay (being a dark souls like game) even though that is also a 3rd person action game, which has summons for party members. You also don't hear it compared to God of War, which even has a "party member" and is an action combat game. Why? Because these games have other areas of intensity than DMC style. It also does not help that it was early revealed that the combat developer worked on DMC. Personally I found FF XV combat rather epic but dull, FF VII remake is among the best action combat systems that I have played in a JRPG, but it also kept one of the most important aspects of an RPG party play, having playable & customizable characters (we don't know the full extent of FF XVI so far, but they have made it clear it is not a focus on an interactive party). If I was only controlling Cloud and Aerith and Tifa wasted my potions or just were there for cosmetic flair, I think the system would have failed hard. That said, I mostly main played Cloud because I like stance dancing and found Aerith to janky and Barret too bulky. Tifa felt the most OP to play. Why? Because in the end it is an action game and Tifa is the most hyper character, just looking at her parry animation compared to the other characters. Despite FF VII remakes combat, I don't think FF should turn into an action franchise, but I think they are correct that turn based is not feasible for a larger market, which is another thing that makes turn based fans even more angry as they are also discarded.
One thing I do know is that I'm not making the same mistake I did with 15. No more pre-orders for me. I'm waiting for a month or two after it comes out to see what people say about it. And, hopefully, the game will actually be finished on launch.
They should make a new series: "Classic Final Fantasy" and start re-numbering from 1 This way they can sell to both markets and even get crossover sales.
After the debacle that was the timeline and rewrite for 15, I wasn't even aware this was releasing this year. Having heard it's another hack and slash 'Action' RPG, I'll be passing on it completely. RPGs are supposed to involve just a bit of strategy, and with that, turn-based attacks. I'll take modern graphics with my turn based action.
I'm really excited for this game. It looks beautiful and fun. I love how the characters look and glad this game is rated M. I'm more into the devil may cry action game style and seeing final fantasy doing that is just great. I could never get into turn base combat it always felt slow. But at the end of the day I am excited for this game
For me the issue i've had with 15 and 16 is that i'm locked into controlling only one member for the majority of the game, what appealed to me most from FF games is the fact that I could build my team into various roles, and experience each of em throughout the game, which wasn't a think in ff15 and is not looking to be a thing in ff 16
16 definitely looks more like a final fantasy game than 15 did. And I am sure the action based mechanics will be flushed out and the game will end up being good. But I’m not sure what the development team is talking about with the whole reinventing the brand to prevent it from becoming stale. They have talked about reinventing the brand with every game after 10 and every game has strayed further and further away from what Final Fantasy was until here we are and they are still talking about walking away from legacy Final Fantasy to reinvent the brand…
It was difficult for me personally to do some the survey properly, some of the questions were how I felt about certain characters, I just put the middle option for those because we haven't been able to invest any real time into them since the game isn't out yet. After we play the game ask again and I will give you more accurate responses, With kindest regards, Love the channel!
The argument that Turn based is dated or a problem within the franchise is so easily challenged when you look at all the successful rpgs that still do it
They literally fd up the franchise trying to move away from turn based. They could've just copy and pasted KH2 combat and start there instead of making so much jank. At least they hired someone who knows how to make a good combat system this time around, and Yoshi P won't let the story be crap. This may be the first good FF game in years.
When I first saw trailers I felt I was looking at FF's answer to Character Action games' proliferation (souls', DMCs, bayonettas, etc) and the runaway success of the Witcher, and I'm sticking by that amazing dream/prediciton.
Thank you for the video and all the hard work you put into it. It was interesting. May I suggest: next time you do something like this, please use (solid) colours that one can keep apart better at first glance. Unfortunately, I personally found the gradients super distracting. It made everything very hard to read and almost impossible to compare. I was constantly comparing the wrong bars, because the shades of blue are just so similar to each other. Maybe patterns would also help if you don't want to turn the graphs into a clown's fest. Typefaces and font sizes seemed inconsistent as well, often way too small. So were the small squares in the key at the bottom.
I still don't have a PS5 in this day and age due to the fact that it's still pretty hard to find one (especially one that isn't extremely overpriced) where I live but I'm so hyped for FFXVI. Hopefully, I'll be able to buy the console before the game's released.
I’m looking forward to Odin 💪 I personally believe they need a trailer explaining gameplay and maybe a demo. The world would be good too but I have a feeling it will be like FFXII.
I'm so tired of people saying moving away from turn based is risky or that it's trash because of that. It would literally be more risky to keep it as a turn based game in this day and age.
I think that the views generated with the Ambition trailer are due to it being literally just dropped out of nowhere. The Awakening trailer is literally the reveal that FF16 exists, so it is expected to have higher views. The Dominance is another sudden reveal after having no information for more than a year therefore it had more views than Ambition and Revenge. While Revenge only had literally lower views due to the Game Awards' viewership of a hundred million and was the last trailer dropped before the GOTY award itself, therefore it is expected to have the viewership at its peak. FF usually had low views for its trailers than other games that are receiving more hype than usual due to having a different genre, but trailers are not usually reflective of game sales. For example, FFXV trailers usually reach 2-3M back in 2016, but immediately sold 5M at launch, now also sold 10M last year, while FF7R had 15M views in its reveal, but the long dev time may have damaged the marketing side of the game, where it only had 5M sold back in 2020. Either way, I still believe FF16 would be worth the wait, but like almost every FF since FF13, it might be another make or break game.
Same I feel like this demo will really clear up a lot of mixed thoughts for a lot of people im seriously hyped for this game🔥I believe even if this game doesn’t do excellent in turns of sales it won’t fail either the developers have shown alot of promise with this game and definitely can tell they’ve put their all into this project
imma say this as harshly and respectful as i can. as a passionate developer, you want to see your game be at it's best. and that's why they are pushing turned based aside. you have all these amazing looking characters with cool designs and uncanny powers that make them incredibly fast and powerful. the Developers job is to make you FEEL all of that when you play the game. so Implementing a fast paced action makes much more sense rather than a turned-based system. a turned base system makes you come up with strategies and you're gonna have all the time in the world to come up with it because the game practically pauses itself till you pick a action to do. and then you highlight a text box and press one button to do an extremely amazing animation or move. but in a fast paced action setting you have to come up with that on the fly, every cool and long animation moves you decide to do have to be put under the consideration of "will my animation finish before they attack again? would this move be too long? do i have enough time to do this thing?" because you won't get to do any 1 thing and just sit it out till it's your turn again. of course you can still pause the game yourself but you'll realize very fast of how much that would ruin your game flow. fast action makes you be way more concentrated with the game and in command of what will be happening in the few next moments. turned based...feels like it has no urgency to it in the moment. the devs want you to be involved with the character your controlling and the situation they are in.
I respectfully disagree. I believe this is strictly a matter of opinion, and you can't say that one thing is universally more immersive than the other. Both have their merits. My personal favourite combat system out of all the final fantasy games is FFX, which i was totally absorbed by. That specific combat system literally pauses the game until you input an action. But as a consequence there was thought behind every action, and there was so much satisfaction in making tactics and pulling them off by the skin of your teeth.
@@FreshIngredient ATB in FF7 remake PERFECTLY showcases the point i made actually. due to Magic being powerful to have access to all the time, and some Physical Actions being in the same boat, ATB makes you decide what move to use when without the game end up being pointless due to the powercreep the player gets for having a maxed out character with fully upgraded Materia. The Devs still wanted the player to be active and always engage with the enemy instead of spending so much time just selecting text boxes. the more aggressive you are with the melee combat, the more ATB you gain, hence you can throw out more moves and magic. and if you feel unconvinced, then i got 2 words for you: Pay attention. because not only you have quick-access skill mapping to buttons, the Intergrade DLC clearly wanted you to be more active with a party member while you are already in control of a character. while you Control yufi, you can activate dual mode and Yufi and Sonan will attack at the same time and Yufi feels like a whole new character to play just with a single press of a active button. instead of you sitting there in slow-mode, telling Cloud's party to do 1 command at a time over and over again. but they nice try. it was a good attempt.
@@danielclifton3319 it is not a matter of opinion. and i don't care how you feel about a FF title because YOU feel connected to it. the game is made for Potentially millions of people. just because YOU liked it in 1 way, doesn't mean that the other 999,999 people will too. it is NOT a matter of opinion because there is a strong fact here at work, which is if i can give you a more simplified example would be: Running or sprinting will make you sweat more than walking. that's a fact. it's the same with active action vs turn-based. 1 will have you more involved and (no puns) more active. while the other LITERALLY lays out your options in front of you and gives you enough time to choose whichever you want.
There's a few major factors at play here (setting aside disgust at how awful their President is and the slew of recent scams they've released such as Babylon's Fall) While hugely popular, it's probably safe to assume the majority of the fanbase hasn't played FF14 and don't know a thing about Yoshida (and how awesome he is). Or maybe they do, and they worry since he's only managed the 2 MMOs they're unsure how this will go over. Similarly, I doubt a lot of people know or have looked into the top staff making this game, because if they did then they'd be excited like I am instead of worried. They managed to get the lead combat developer of Devil May Cry V for FF16. That says it all right there. Yes it will be action based, but I would NOT go comparing it to Strangers of Paradise. DMC style combat is completely different from a Souls like. Lastly, there is a rather vocal crowd of people who are legitimately concerned that the franchise is leaving them behind because they want to stick with the tried and true turn-based combat. And I do hope SQEX doesn't totally abandon it going forward. However, speaking for myself, if FF7R and 16 are where the franchise is headed going forward (i.e. greater emphasis on action style combat) then I'm all for it I actually thought 7R did a pretty decent job of blending old and new, and just needs refinement (and I have similar feelings about SoP I just would like combat to be a bit less harsh in the latter's case)
I kinda agree with some, but also don't share the same mentality. Knowing who makes the products do affect perception, expectations and anticipation, but everyone (artists, musicians, directors, franchises, etc) can make mistakes. Should having someone doing a great combat for another franchise really be celebrated? It is true that FF does evolve constantly in some directions, but franchises often has the type of fans they have because of something that "stays the same". The clash here is that some consider FF only chocobos, eikons, and such elements, some consider it "having a great story" and some look at it like a game and considers the gameplay elements. In truth, every game is ofc a combination but when the elements are being dragged into different directions, areas breaks off and this is judged differently for people depending on what they want out of the product. If people want turn based etc then they are ofc allowed to mourn and complain that something they turned to for perhaps a majority of their life has abandoned what they liked about it. At least that is what I think. I also want to add that FF VII remake has "nothing" of the old, even if I think it is a great combat system. FF VII remake is a pure action game. The fact it has "an ATB bar" is basically no different from a resource management like Mana/magic points/rage/energy but just limited to very few points as you have complete control of offense and defense without it. The older "turn-based" aspects and why classic ATB is still classified for people as a turn-based game is because the turn in these games are hard stops. You cannot do anything unless it is "your turn", regardless if this is turn order, speed order etc. The first mainline non-MMO FF game to break being turn-based was FF XII because you could move around. XIII has less but you can swap paradigm at anytime. You do have things like counters and other ways to win without input in older games but just like in table-top games you can still have abilities and skills that allow you to "win on not your turn" with retaliation and such in turn-based games. FF VII remakes bullet time also does not make it any more turn-based, FF XV has complete time-stop in comparison, but you do have to level it. Also, Yuffie even has perfect blocking mechanics as well as even more combo mechanics, meaning "refinement" seems to just go even more action.
Really looking forward to this game as a long time Final fantasy fan, after 7 remake it looks like Square are out of their sticky period, so hope it delivers.
Let's be honest here: FF isn't the juggernaut it used to be 20 years ago. It really isn't in the conversation of the new generation of players like it used to be. It's big, but not Witcher 3 big (40 MM) or God of War 2018 big (27+ MM.). I believe YoshiP's goal is to put FF back in the spotlight, and for that, he needs the new audience, not just the old one. Not an easy task ahead, but time will tell. I think the game will heavily rely on word of mouth (like FFXIV). On a separate note, the battle system will be the hardest sell, which is probably why YoshiP talked about a demo.
Do you think the fact that 15 came out on all platforms and not just PS exclusive helped it at all? They were able to capture a broader market than ever before and it would make sense that 15 was an entry point for many players.
I do worry about Square Enix focusing more on crypto despite it no longer being known as a digital monkey png bandwagon, but I'm very excited for FFXVI. The game perfectly meshes both elements from tokusatsu shows/movies, and a dark fantasy setting, as well as having themes from FFIX, FFXII, and FF Type-0, which handled them prior(Final Fantasy IX came out in 2000, while Final Fantasy XII released in 2006, and Final Fantasy Type-0 originally released in 2010, before it's HD re-release a few years later sharing the same M rating as the game mentioned here). Not only that, Ryoto Suzui, a programmer to DMC5 is involved, so that means Square Enix, Capcom and Platinum Games(since Platinum and Capcom are remaking the first Dino Crisis) are all connected!
This isn't the final fantasy I wanted or expected, but I still love final fantasy & I am going to give it the benefit of the doubt & try it out. I loved ff7 & ff10. I personally would love ffx-3 out another final fantasy like ffx with a strong love story like ffx.
This is a great video. Combines my day time job of data and insight analysis with my love of Final Fantasy. ❤️ Awesome job, don't worry about the little issues with some of the charts. It's so hard to graphically relay the information you have provided. 👍
I've played and beaten every ff since ff7 except ff11 Its safe to say i will buy and beat ff16 But i miss the old turn based gameplay I remember losing interest in ff15 and beating it 3 years later from starting it... cause i forced myself to Square seems more focused on graphics then a deep world like the old days I mean look at how linear ff13 was Hell ff10, as great as it was, started the linear trend I still play ff14 today
Nice work! Very interesting and easy to understand! I'm part of the "very old" age group that hasn't been used in your survey, which I totally understand, and it is fun to see how square-enix is trying to cater to a younger fanbase, but still leaving just enough for old timers like me to get hyped. I must admit I'm still getting used to the new battle system era, but I hope, now that I finally have a PS5 (it only took me 2 years...sigh) and I'm able to catch up on FFVII remake and Crisis Core Reunion that I'll master it before FFXVI comes out.
I’m pretty excited for it, myself. It’s the first Final Fantasy game since 10 that actually looks and feels like a Final Fantasy game. Final fantasy has been more miss than hit for twenty freaking years, and this game looks like the series is finally returning to form. Yoshi-P has done well with FFXIV, and after latter expansions, I trust him to tell a decent story. I wish it was going back to turn based combat, but eh, you can’t have everything, I guess. I think the trailers look great. I’ve already preordered it. And I can’t wait for it to come out.
Tbh they must tone down the story details in future trailers and focus more on combat gameplay But overall it looks like a good game and dare I say it: a game of the year contender
I think its quite hard to judge but i always feel cinematic trailer can be super exciting but not when its all there is! Ppl will go absolutely crazy for like 7 mins walkthrough and do some battles and walking thru town! Like that Tales of Arise one that made ppl super excited! For me i didn't like FFXVI first trailer! It felt soulless and bland but now its much better! And after reading so much from the team and how they are focusing on bringing back ppl who actually love FF in the past, made me very confident! It feels like classic FF in many ways! No open world bs and all that! Completely focused experience, FFXV was the worst mainline title and i am sure this one will be less divisive, these 5 months will be exciting with all marketing and stuff! But as mentioned some ppl don't wanna see more so thats why views aren't major player to judge completely, amazing work guys!
One thing I think we are missing is comparative date from previous FF entries. Some older fans seem to not be pleased with the direction of XVI, however how does it compare to how those same older fans view games like 12, 13 and 15, this, I think, would be the most interesting data about older players
I honestly hope it’s good, but I’ll be fine if it’s not. I haven’t been enthralled with the series since XII. FFIX is my favorite game, but they’ve done a better job keeping the spirit alive with Dragon Quest than FF.
As an FF fan all my life this is the first single player FF game that looks interesting since X. Square has beel failing at making combat since they dropped turn based. Their recent stories have been very meh, and they even ruined every change they made to VII remake. People running other FF games are just not great. But Yoshi P is great, and he is a fan of some of the old school game dev and story principles, Im hopeful.
Different shades of blue on your pie charts only really works if the labels are riht next to their respective segments. If you have them seperate at the bottom then it's really hard to work out which is which. :/
So here is my point of view. As someone who's entry point was FFX I have since played all single player final fantasy games between 7 and 15. I might be alone in this but I am able to separate the different "gimmicks" between each game and I'm able to enjoy each for its own Valor instead of that purchased with the "Final Fantasy" name. Each game is different enough that the evolution of game play doesn't bother me. All that said I am the sorta person that will watch an announcement trailer then go radio silent on tge rest of the media before release in an attempt to not color my expectations before getting my hands on the product. I have learned that to do otherwise leads to disappointment because it is impossible for something to live up to expectations on something that you have waited months if not years speculating and theorizing on. That's my point of view and I know myself well enough to know that even if I was told 16 was a complete mess and broken and barly stable enough to launch I would still buy the game so I don't need trailers to hype me up I am already excited and waiting.
As an older fan, as long as SE keeps giving us games like Octopath, Triangle Strategy, Bravely Default, etc I'm okay with them experimenting with action mechanics that are hit or miss for me in newer games.
As a fan since ff9 i always wished to see a ff10 style game with modern day technology. And i miss te unique fantasy worlds. I love classic "european" fantasy setting but i wish for something more creative, like ff6, 7, 8, 10, 12
I’m in the same boat. I started at 6(wasn’t ready) but became a fan like a lot of people with VII. Seeing it go full action like this has been the dream since watching advent children. Seeing them continue like this is fine. We have dragon quest XII that will be turn based, octopath, bravely etc. final fantasy can embrace the action for real with the budget they can throw at it. I can’t wait for XVI….
@@kennethhernandez9243 I cant wait also and im sure il like it. But there is something special about older FFs. The multi character party, the equipment, the classes, random encounters, the combat, the battle themes, the summons... I miss that.
@@milemile4813 I definitely miss the party. XV was vastly improved once the bros were all playable. They say Clive will have a party, but he looks like he will develop so much he will be the only playable character. It would be great if they took VIIRs hybrid combat and applied that to a future mainline game… but yeah. I’ve beat every game multiple times and if there’s one thing to make it feel like the classics it’s a good story told well. It already looks like they nailed it.
Can you put links to improved graphs in the description?
Less concerned with FF and more concerned with Square Enix.
Facts! They really need a new CEO can get yoshi p in that chair? We all know he would be great at it. (Yes I’m aware being a producer, director and CEO is simply WAY to much to ask for and it probably will never happen, but let’s face it who else at square is more competent for the position)
This, i believe in the dev team but SE themselves i hope dont interfere
No NFT or block chin games 70$ is good already
@@jakelawrence6618 my guess is that kitase is next in line if any creatives at square are gunning for the position.
Great analysis but a suggest for future videos like this is to use more distinct colors instead of variations of blue since it's quite difficult to interpret the data at a glance.
@@Ihatevideogames334 Good for you buddy.
@@Ihatevideogames334 Then why are you here?!?!?
@@aspieatheist6040 niggas b weird asl bro
Its not difficult. Its nearly impossible to differentiate the colors for most of the time..
I agree, the blue shades look too similar. Make it clear, not pretty. Anyway, that was a good video either ways.
The pie charts are a bit difficult to read.
Would it be possible for future polls to have more varied colors ?
Yeah, the colors are way too close to each other. Why not use colors that differ more? Not very well done survey results. I could see the difference in the hues, but not everyone can do so.
That is the most hilarious thing I have ever seen. Who thought that was a good idea? Just use all shades of blue from the same damn family. lmfao.
Having a colourblind friend has made me a lot more aware of how big a deal this is. I periodically have sent them clips from games out of curiosity to ask if they can tell the difference between x and y and too often the answer is no. Extreme end of the spectrum there, but it is a thing.
Yeah idk what they were thinking lol
Fans are very very excited for 16
Same here, brother. 👍
SAME HERE!!!
love FF to bits
Same mate!!!!!
Excellent work you guys! Very Insightful analysis community’s collective thoughts

Eh FF 16 seems wack. FF 14 wasn’t all that great it’s pretty boring sitting there just repeating keys with no real engagement, I played far better MMOs.
@@Ihatevideogames334 Relax
@@Ihatevideogames334 Then go and watch something else instead of throwing a hissy fit here. What are you, 5?
I'm excited for XVI since it's like a successor to XII (my fave in the series) and XIV (which I haven't played yet) and the Tactics games. XVI feels like the series is maturing and growing old with me. It's like meeting up with a childhood friend and catching up with them after YEARS of not being together.
Couldn't have said it better man...🤘🏻💯
Not really a successor to 12, it’s more like there doing what 9 did by bringing it back to Traditional medieval setting but with the action combat from 15
I like the idea of a successor to 12, a great game.
That’s because yoshie p and cbu3 were heavily inspired by yasumi matsuno who directed that game
Same art director iirc
Vagrant was a masterpiece. I hope FFXVI can be one too.
100%, but this may still turn out to be a good game considering who is running it, if we just forget final fantasy is in the name 😂
One of the reasons why I got a PS5 on December 22nd.
Most negative responses I see are from FF-boomers who still think any FF that isn’t turn based isn’t a “true FF game”.
I'd like for the next FF to look like a yoshitaka amando design or drawing but that'll never be. I like how this one can a great one
Yes, I would love a Final Fantasy with Amano’s art style. One of the reasons I loved Strangers of Paradise. I’d love a whole game base on his art.
@@Caterfree10 I agree. It's true that a side title would be more plausible.
@@ironrex6979 when I see ff4 designs I can't believe how cool they are. At least the ds remake mixes that style with a cartoony one. The intro is amazing and I'd like a fantasy final fantasy if that makes sense

I'm excited to be trying a mainline ff that will hopefully be a complete game. Still hurting after what happened after ff15 😭

Besides Final Fantasy XIV, this is the most excited I've been for a mainline single player Final Fantasy game in years.

Doubt we'll see different weapons other than swords. Clive is specifically said to be a swordsman.
@@Neveryndefinitely not uncommon between the final fantasy protagonists lol

Haven’t seen an analysis like this for any video game and I gotta say I was hooked the entire time. Amazing job man!
I also love both action and turn-based. I don't have a preference as long as the system is executed well.
We action + turnbased enjoyers are definitely eating good. So many great games in the past 4-5 years and more amazing games to come :D
Yoshi P + The music god Soken + the DMC 5 combat guy = dis game gon b good
Exactly, I'm an old school turn based guy but this looks great and it's run by good people.
Look at you doing all this free work for Square Enix. I hope they appreciate you for all the analytics you did for them.
I remember hearing Square say that an important character would be revealed in the most recent trailer in an interview. Did we ever see what character that was? Could it be the hooded figure that had red aether around their head?
Nope, we dont know who is exactly this person
no the hooded figure is Clive (an hallucination of sort, Clive say something about this during the trailer). The latest character reveal in Revenge was Cid.
It was Dark Ifrit...
Cid was revealed
I’m very excited for this entry. I love FF14 and to hear the team behind 16 gets me hyped so much!
Wonder if it’s gonna be as mindless as 14 too.

For me, Final fantasy is a big, beautiful world. With lots to see, get and do that also has a great combat system.
And Chocobos/ Summons
Cant forget those
The Revenge trailer probably won't get as many views because it aired live in the Game Awards, meaning everyone watching the show already saw the trailer (i haven't rewatched it after it aired)
Let them create the game they want to make. They don't owe fans anything. They are doing all the work.
Damn yes
This AND a FF8 stream? What a lovely Monday afternoon ♡
Interesting survey, but that ring chart with entrypoint games was almost unreadable when every piece was a shade of blue.
Very excited for the game, as someone whose entry was X! I'm excited they're doing high fantasy this go, reminds me of IV a little.
Nah you’re definitely right. AI controlled party really takes away from the experience of seeing other moves and style of play
I respect the team's decision to focus on making one very varied playable character... but i miss playable parties, it really brings the cast to life
The only "acceptable" way of having AI party members in this case I think is going the mass effect route. Basically making them spells/abilities. Otherwise, a gambit system would be nice.
Glad younger gamers appreciate turn-based combat. I prefer it myself but this still looks good.
Amen brother
I love FF, but I've also always been a huge DMC fan and the fact that FF16 will have a similar combat gives only good vibes.
I can only hope my hopes will be rewarded.
Took me a full four minutes to realise the piano in the background was the Golden Saucer theme lol
If Square Enix want to get big views on a trailer again they have to show the world. How hunts and story missions progress. How you navigate and interact with the world. How creative you can get using the worlds mechanics
Etc.
Super excited, already pre-ordered the physical collectors edition
Same here I only preordered the physical just in case my collectors edition doesn’t arrive on day one lol
I'm more excited in FFXVI than the Trilogy of Remakes of FFVII.
Im personally a little more excited for VII but i have been won over effectively
im way ore excited for ff7 remake trilogy because its hard to f up the games will deff be great if they are similar to ff7r 1 as for 16 im very sceptical if they can make a good story and a good world

I wish they would just show a gameplay demo. We still have no idea what the actual gameplay loop is gonna look and feel like.
In Yoshi-P, I trust. In Square-Enix not so much.
I just hope they let Yoshi-P and crew do what they know, without much interruption.
Finally someone pointed this out yes this inspiration is from dmc that you can see in terms of the ui but the gameplay definitely looks like has its own unique touches that’ll make it it’s own game and people are talking about it like dmc was a bad game to get inspiration from in terms of its combat system more so I’m pretty sure a lot of people haven’t
Even played devil may cry in person or even thought of it until it was even mentioned that the director from that game would be working in this project
Have you played FF14? That has a great medieval setting.
@@michaelhunter3692 it instantly reminded me of dmc? I'm sure it will be different but it's similar.
@@JWSoul that’s exactly what I’m saying
One thing I do know is that I'm not making the same mistake I did with 15. No more pre-orders for me. I'm waiting for a month or two after it comes out to see what people say about it. And, hopefully, the game will actually be finished on launch.
They should make a new series: "Classic Final Fantasy" and start re-numbering from 1
This way they can sell to both markets and even get crossover sales.
this will be epic and should be the next move. 16 isn't doing nothing for me. no hype at all.
I have high hopes for this game. So I believe the game will succeed flawlessly.
I’m looking forward to Odin 💪
I personally believe they need a trailer explaining gameplay and maybe a demo. The world would be good too but I have a feeling it will be like FFXII.
A demo is already in development and same I loved Odin design in this game
@@michaelhunter3692 Sweet! I need to finally get a PS5. I haven’t had a reason to get one until now with FFXVI.
I really can't wait to try the proposed demo when it comes out. I really want to get a feel for the game.
@@Pandamaycry it’s in development
imma say this as harshly and respectful as i can. as a passionate developer, you want to see your game be at it's best. and that's why they are pushing turned based aside. you have all these amazing looking characters with cool designs and uncanny powers that make them incredibly fast and powerful. the Developers job is to make you FEEL all of that when you play the game. so Implementing a fast paced action makes much more sense rather than a turned-based system. a turned base system makes you come up with strategies and you're gonna have all the time in the world to come up with it because the game practically pauses itself till you pick a action to do. and then you highlight a text box and press one button to do an extremely amazing animation or move. but in a fast paced action setting you have to come up with that on the fly, every cool and long animation moves you decide to do have to be put under the consideration of "will my animation finish before they attack again? would this move be too long? do i have enough time to do this thing?" because you won't get to do any 1 thing and just sit it out till it's your turn again. of course you can still pause the game yourself but you'll realize very fast of how much that would ruin your game flow.
fast action makes you be way more concentrated with the game and in command of what will be happening in the few next moments. turned based...feels like it has no urgency to it in the moment. the devs want you to be involved with the character your controlling and the situation they are in.
I got three letters for you, ATB
@@CelestialReaper lol :)
FFXVI has me extremely excited for FF. More than I have been for a long time.
Finally you made a video to the survey. Thank you so much
There's a few major factors at play here (setting aside disgust at how awful their President is and the slew of recent scams they've released such as Babylon's Fall)
While hugely popular, it's probably safe to assume the majority of the fanbase hasn't played FF14 and don't know a thing about Yoshida (and how awesome he is).
Really appreciate the deep dive! Made me revisit the trailers again!
Always nice to get a video from u guys great job on this one 👏

I mean look at how linear ff13 was
Hell ff10, as great as it was, started the linear trend
I still play ff14 today
I’m an old fan (36) and I’m excited. I’m also beyond excited for more ff7R
I have to say.
I had so much fun with this.
I can tell how much fun you're having
That makes it so much more fun
I’m pretty excited for it, myself. It’s the first Final Fantasy game since 10 that actually looks and feels like a Final Fantasy game. Final fantasy has been more miss than hit for twenty freaking years, and this game looks like the series is finally returning to form. Yoshi-P has done well with FFXIV, and after latter expansions, I trust him to tell a decent story. I wish it was going back to turn based combat, but eh, you can’t have everything, I guess. I think the trailers look great. I’ve already preordered it. And I can’t wait for it to come out.
Editor: How much colours you want in your pie charts?
FF Union : blue.
Tbh they must tone down the story details in future trailers and focus more on combat gameplay
But overall it looks like a good game and dare I say it: a game of the year contender
Some older fans seem to not be pleased with the direction of XVI, however how does it compare to how those same older fans view games like 12, 13 and 15, this, I think, would be the most interesting data about older players
odins dominant powers are the coolest by default because its just judgement cut end from devil may cry 😏
I want the magic to have a presence in 16. One of the biggest downsides to 1 was how little magic was used. It felt very bare-bones.
im 100% interested and excited with FFXVI.
yes it wont please everyone.
but definitely gonna please me.
