Having to relive my absolute favorite scene in the entire manga in the anime had me so scared but it was flawless, actually fucking perfect, no notes 😭
@renshiranui7524 me too. I thought my expectations were too high but they adapted this beyond perfect. I even cried and I never cried over an episode before.
@ray-boi1351 wdm? I cried over Toga and Ochako If you meant the last episode (Todorokis). This was definitely not on the same emotional level as Toga and Ochako. But it was a wonderful episode and hype af.
*Toga finally got the love and validation that she needed and deserved all this time. If I’m being honest, despite everything she’s done, I do feel incredibly sorry for Toga. She was unfairly ostracized for how she expressed her love, but now, she’s finally met people who can love and accept her for which she is.* *Uraraka is amazing.*
I still stand by it Toga is EASILY the best written female character in new age shonen. The most tragic member in the league of villains. How do you save/help someone who was born with like a major addiction to cocaine where as she like craves it like she needs it to survive?💀 And because of that society and even her parents rejects her and frown upon her and doesn't necessarily try to provide a solution to this phenomenon and instead constantly says she is a demon child and must try to be normal. So she puts on a mask and tries until she eventually breaks and decides she must reject society if she ever wants to experience happiness because her idea of normal is Himoka Toga and Himoka Toga was born addicted to blood and for some reason no matter how hard she tries she can't control it So how can ppl just reject her and treat her as she isn't human or someone worth trying to save or understand? Especially if she wants the blood of those she loves so in her mind how can she not be normal? She was simply another reject with nowhere to belong except the League of Villains. This is why this villain group is easily the best in shonen, so much depth and freshness to anime. The reason Toga eventually gave into Uraraka because she realized she was the first person who truly wanted to understand and save her like a true hero but of course we know it's too late.
@@forevert3rz I personally liken it to an emo kid living in a christian household. Like someone who is apart of a friend group that expresses and defines themselves through emo fashion and culture and at home their parents are devout fear-mongering christians. That contrast will have that kid thinking they’re the spawn of the devil when really if the parents took the time to understand the kid, they would know that it’s a community of people who are harmless and just have an affinity to a certain style of aesthetic
@@muukva its the fearmongoring thats the issue. It happens in most regions and countries just because of the nature of people but for example, with my childhood as well as some of my friends childhoods, most music was banned, clothing was picked for us, most tv shows/ video games were banned, and most of us had to follow strict rules when outside as the community was close knit and word travelled quickly. So not to make it about me but in relation to togs backstory, there are analogous conditions that reflect toga’s existence, which is why it hits for so many. The reality of not being who you want to be and divesting from social norms is a reality that many people experience worldwide
so what’s great abt this arc for me is that uraraka would’ve won this fight either way bc if she was actually battling toga i have no doubt her quirk still would’ve awakened in order to protect everyone so she could’ve very easily fought toga the same way, float everyone and then drop the doubles and the heroes would’ve been fine bc kamui woods had caught them and ura wouldn’t have used her quirk to harm anyone since the doubles are fakes but she still decided to reach out to toga anyway so tsuyu was definitely correct in saying that what uraraka was doing was harder than just capturing toga
Bro, I almost cried at the end. Ochako is a girl’s girl for real. I never thought Toga was that creepy, a bit quirky but not nearly that creepy, I’m happy Ochako reached Toga, we can’t undo her crimes but at least someone legitimately _tried_ to understand Toga. They just hurting us with the drama this season. Sisterhood~ 💞

People don't understand that it took season 4 and 5 to build so that season 6, 7 and 8 can pop off and boy its quite the pop off. Im done with the manga so trust me when i say season 8 is gonna be a classic 👌🏽
im so happy the anime is doing justice to the end of my hero, ill be honest after sitting throughj the entire war arc for like a year waiting each week sometimes more for one chapter i think both me and a mjaority of people got sick and tired of it and just wnated to see it end, i didnt even care about any of this when it happened in the manga and honestly with the black and white and the art style it has it was hard to tell what was going on half the time, so im really happy to see the anime do it so fucking well, i didnt even plan to watch this season but holy shit man i guess its time to start.
Bro I’m sitting thinking to myself. What tf were anyone supposed to do she loves blood she likes sucking it too. What was her parents or anyone supposed to do? Buy blood so she can feast? Offer up their own blood? Idk. Of course they could’ve tried talking about it and they sadly didn’t. Still if I hand a daughter who loves blood to a crazy degree I wouldn’t know what to say or do about it.
I mean she's still human, and as all kid view the world they didnt understand nothing yet. If they truly care about their children, they could teach how to control it like dont drink too much because they can die? or like maybe like try to understand her quirk better and be the safe place from society? I mean sure there are only limited ways. But the parents are just rotten to the core. This probably already happened some of irl parents if their children were disabled (mental or physical disability) they still condemn them.
