Oh my god, this makes me so happy. I was there, 3000 years ago, when BnS came to the west. It was so bloody amazing and the wizard is 100% right, this game had the absolute best combat in the genre and it's not even remotely close. They were 10 years ahead of competition and murdered this beautiful baby with dumb decisions and mtx. I have to say though, dear wizard, you're funny af, but you did not do the best job showing off the game. I feel like we need a follow up video truly showcasing the best parts of the game, with pvp arena and endgame boss fight, the map traversal (windwalking, was it?) and the character creator. i STILL have my character creator files, i spent literal dozens of hours in it, making different characters, just for fun. Seriously wizard, you show off combat by hitting random ass mobs? You didn't even do a full combo! We can walk on walls and you showed it for 5 fucking seconds man. If you did release that video i would plaster it all over the internet and make my friends watch it even if i have to hold their eyes open, alright? I know i'm high on my farts (good one) but i actually believe if the revival popped off in the west even a little bit, they just might consider letting them make BnS2.. and if not, maybe someone smarter will at least steal their ideas and make a new actually good game

Everything else aside, the story of BnS is top notch. I came back to it multiple times over the years because i liked it so much. If you are a fan of xianxia/xuanhuan storys you will love this.

True brother, it does have THE SINGLE BEST COMBAT SYSTEM in any of mmo game i ever played, and I've been playing that shit for 20 years now. I hope they fixed it's reliance on ping tho back in the day speed at which you could do 3rf kfm combos or any of fast cancel moves in general relied of your ping which is bad. Also I hope they deal down the amount of grind for weapons and "legendary" skills, I dropped eu version of the game when it became unbearable to play with daily 3+ hours of grinding dailies.

And mainly because getting tot he fun part of the game took way to long, so I stopped before I even got there. I will try it again, my expectations are very low just because it is NCsoft. But rly, tera combat was the best.
Combat system is amazing, but I feel like dungeon / raid boss system lacks replayability because of very little to no randomness and adaptation requirements, at least from what I remember. It's still a solid challenge due to harsh dps requirements, depending on progression, so at least for a while it's extremely fun!

Sound silly, the main problem is people who use scripts vs those who don't. If it's a single player game, who cares but mmo; you'll just get people who use scripts winning pushing anyone else out. I have no idea how to fix that but just how complex combo games go on the mmo stage.
I feel like the biggest issues were the p2w and the performance almost all the Creators cried about those issues the most this doesn't seem like its gonna fix these problems unfortunately

the only minus in blade and soul is the themepark questing, if it was more open world like - i could level and get gear by killing monsters instead of questing, that would be the dream.
i got into bns because of the fancy pvp combat. then i found the game is not good. world is too dead, and i got kicked shit out by veterans wearing swimsuits.
It's best combat ever in regards to how it functions mechanically not how much particles it shits on the screen while youre pressing 3 buttons like you do in bdo. Wizard barely covered anything about talent trees, combos and shit you do, invlunerability on dodges and the stuff you can do with it etc.

I want 45 cap where the jobs didjt all feel the same and it had the right amount of systems. I really fear that if this game even does come to the west its going to flop.
