Could of been different - Kodak black.. the song is basically a letter he wrote to a “friend” who let Kodak go to prison because his house was raided and the “friend” didn’t confess to his gun that was found and instead let Kodak take the charge and go to prison for a year. The whole Dying to Live album is from that time period in 2018 when he got out but he wrote a lot of the songs in prison.
