    Great video doc. There are no resources and samples available even in google. I find this really helpful. Cud u pls make a video on how to write a discharge notes , bleep / on call notes, refferal letter ? Appreciated!

    Thank you for your video! My hospital records do not disclose the notes taken by the junior doctors when the consultant attended my bedside. The Junior doctors were taking notes and the information in these notes are needed by myself. Are these note forever gone or been destroyed?
