Hi, I am sure that you can go to Cadiz. I don't know if it will take you directly to the part that you want. Most likely it will take you to the main station in Cadiz, from there you could certainly get a bus to the part that you want. You can try the Alsa website it's one of the companies I recommend. No this is the Malaga Bus station and it's right next door to the Malaga Maria Zambrano train station. It was mentioned in the video.
