I'm glad yours fit well and worked. I don't have any comment on the cover itself because I never got to use mine, but I will comment on their customer service. I bought a cover for my mustang a while back. After about 2 months of delays they finally delivered a cover that did not fit my car and was missing all of the accessories. As others mentioned, their response was that it's a "semi custom" fit, however I couldn't even get it onto my car. They said they would send a different one if I paid for return shipping and shipping for a new one, they said the missing accessories wasn't their problem and wouldn't do anything about it. After fighting with them for months, I paid to send it back, and got a partial refund after having to pay for a "restocking fee." Seal skin basically got $40 from me for sending me the wrong product with missing parts. They might have an alright product, but I'd never do business with a company who has this type of customer service.
The same thing happened with my seal skin for my 06 Corvette. It didn’t fit the car, it was expensive and a mild wind blew the cover off. Bottom line, it’s junk, save your money. Later they admitted they weren’t custom made for Corvettes.

When I purchased mine they showed a nice photo of a Corvette with their cover and called it a custom made cover. After it didn’t fit they said it’s not really a custom designed product! The person told me they had a lot of complaints about the fit on all automobiles, but they wanted to sell me a new cover at I believe 20% off. At $150.00, they should have given me a new cover at no cost. After it didn’t fit, I tried to rotate the cover 180 degrees to see if I had it on in reverse. After doing that I discovered that there was no front of back, the bubble for the cabin portion was was a mirror image as though there was a typical front and rear sedan window. Not at all custom for a Corvette with a rear lift hatch. Sorry if you took offense to my comments, but any time I see a “Seal Skin” cover on YT I will give it a thumbs down and bad comments. Thanks for the input. I’ll keep it in mind.
@@RyanC_04 Did you ever find a good car cover?
@@johncross436 I did not. At the time I searched and searched. Didn’t want to have to try every brand out there and waste money. My car has been getting worked on so much that I haven’t had the spare time/money to try and find a different one.
The seal skin one I have.. I basically called it a loss with how the company dealt with me. I use it as a dust cover or to keep the dew off it at night.
What covers do you recommend for outdoors?
@@TTime685 the problem with covers is everytime it rains it leaves moisture against the vehicle and whenever wind blows it creates friction that leaves marks. Better off with a canopy for sun cover. There are also portable garages like the ones from harbor. If it's that nice you could always have a metal building put up cheap. I'm looking in to them now. All a matter of budget and how careful you want to be. Covers will only damage your paint over time. Hope that helps and again, this is just my opinion.👍👍👍✌️

Wow that looks like shit
Lol yeah it’s not the best looking but it was a $100 waterproof cover, what do you expect.
The word SHIT doesn’t really cover it!!
that thing is horrible, custom fit lol OK
I agree, but keep in mind, after the sale and discount I paid about $135 for the cover which is what you would typically pay for a basic dust cover. I agree, this is not the best cover out there but for the price, it’s not a bad value.
@@DieselLegiance yeah I suppose. I just wish I watched some reviews before I bought one for my jaguar, will be here next week.
Looks cheap
