lol this what I be saying peoples eyes have bias. Of course AP was a more exciting explosive type runner, but in ACTUAL production Henry will surpass him and he’s remained healthier. Henry is a straightforward player. No fluff. Not a lot of lateral movement or make guys miss, but he’s literally straight to the point. Gets job done same way or more.
@ by what metric? Your eyes lol? Rn Derrick Henry has played about 50 less games and is about 3k yards behind. Will more likely than not pass him in next couple years. So in less games more rushing yards. He’s 16 tds from AP, something he could do next year. I loved AP and will agree any day of week he’s a far more exciting runner, but by no metric is he just flat out better than Henry. Henry tbh will blow him out the water statistically by end of his career. Not to mention , Henry plays in a much more pass heavy league than AP. Henry has rushed ball about 900 less times to put this in perspective.
If we’re goin narrative based yeah Josh Allen MVP but if we’re looking at the best QB this year it’s Lamar Jackson More yards, more TDS, top 2 in highest passer rtg since Leung recorded
