Homemade MOUSSAKA, from which you will lick your fingers

Necessary products for the preparation of moussaka:
700 g of potatoes
1 onion
300 g minced meat (60% pork / 40% beef)
2 medium-sized tomatoes
100 ml of cooking oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mint
1/2 tsp salt
For the topping:
4 eggs
200 ml. milk
1 tbsp. flour.
