How did you get the hover boots

Hi in at the part 6 minutes 25 seconds in and the hover boots are in a box I cant open. Any idea how to sort this ??

Yeah that's the token you need to come back for after completing level 13. It's not needed for the Platinumthough. That's what I was explaining at 4:57!
