OMG!!!! You are so so amazing. Finally, someone who understands what I'm going through. I'm 48 and have become histamine intolerant. I get dizziness, very itchy and have nauseous, but it gets REALLY bad right before my period. I suspect that I have Candida because I have a white tongue and crave sugar. I've been living a low carb lifestyle since 2009, so my diet is pretty good, this all started at the beginning of the Pandemic when I lost my job and drank a bunch of sugary wine. I've stopped alcohol and I've been dairy free for a year. I tried adding dairy back in a couple of weeks ago. BIG BIG mistake. I started to itch severely and I wasn't anywhere near my period. I guess I have to say goodbye to dairy too. I don't know if Candida is the cause of my histamine intolerance or if it's Perimenopause :0(

Histamine intolerance can be from peri-menopause. Having candida will make it worse. I've just uploaded a video on histamine and oestrogen that you should check out

Dr. Walsh said a large portion of ADHD and Autism experiencers have high copper. I wonder if it has a lot to do with COMT/high estrogen/histamine?

Does Calcium-D-glucarate can be used the same way as DIM to treat oestrogen dominance? Cannot take anything with sulfur because of strong intolerance of it as well of histamine (mcas, ehlers-danlos). My follicular phase is triggering a lot of my ANA antibodies with huge bones swelling inflammation everywhere. Always the same 5 days in my cycle, just before ovulation. I will try Vitex and Calcium D-glucorate to see if it helps. I also have very painful breast so I guess Vitex can help.

This all sounds so confusing n difficult… like I’m definitely suffering from a lot of these issues but I’m not very hopeful as it seems impossible to resolve 🙃
