Great comments. But I can add, as an expat, Yank Woho worked here for around 8 years, and when you reach 55+, you may have problems (I was in IT). The attitude here is very pro-retirement as soon as you hit the workforce. Add to that Centrelink and the NDIS Aussies are often always trying to get someone else to support them. Just saying from my being here since 2006.
