JT was inconsistent but he was more Urban Meyer's type of QB, a speed-option guy. He holds the Big Ten records for passing TDs and total TDs. He also passed Drew Brees's for the most career offensive yards. College and the NFL are two vastly different things. Most experts have Tim Tebow, a terrible NFL QB, as the GOAT of college QBs.

Trill No, that secondary was pitiful. I don't get why Denzel sat out, but wanted to be on the sidelines. At times the offense was attrocious this year. Then there were times when they could have scored on God. OSU was very inconsistent this year, being that, when they played there best, I have no doubt in my mind they are the best team in the nation. Absolutdly no doubt. But very rarely could they bring everything together. I was actually not shocked at how hard it was to move the ball on USC because they have great linebackers who I knew were gonna keep JK and Jt in check. By spying them basicallt.
JT playing in the Big Ten Champ this year was so infuriating. Yeah, you might win, but you would never win in the manner that got you into the playoffs like you might with Haskins running the show. Haskins play the following year didn't make that any easier.

The Buckeyes D-line is as good as any they have ever had-all the two deep players and even the third stringers will play in the NFL an amazing group of talented players and the machine just keeps rolling signing three more beasts in this last class and OSU will have a Top 3 class for the next three to four seasons and that means another decade of dominance

Ohio States front 7 is the closest thing he’s seen to an NFL defense and he was only able to score 7 points because of a fumbled punt. Not to mention Ohio States best corner was out as well. His pocket presence is average and he makes way too many throws into double and triple coverage. I believe he was responsible for 22 turnovers this year. That’s awful!!!

As a life long Buckeye fan I have seen too many loses to these guys. A couple of them in the 70's cost us the Natty 74 and 79 both by one point. I really thought we should have beaten them in 09 at the shoe. Yet another close loss. Even though this team did not make playoff and did not deserve to especially after the Iowa debacle. This was still a solid way to end the season winning the conference and ending the our losing streak to SC. GO BUCKS!

Jean H Pierre No it didn’t. He had zero time in the pocket and had to create everything for that offense and still put up 350 yards. The USC OL draft stock took a massive hit, Darnold played better than I thought he would with the pressure. His one bad mistake was the pick 6 but other than that I don’t think he did anything to change his perception from the regular season and played fine despite having pure shit for help from his teammates.

Jean H Pierre No it didn’t. He had zero time in the pocket and had to create everything for that offense and still put up 350 yards. The USC OL draft stock took a massive hit, Darnold played better than I thought he would with the pressure. His one bad mistake was the pick 6 but other than that I don’t think he did anything to change his perception from the regular season and played fine despite having pure shit for help from his teammates.

So, assuming he goes later in the draft to a better team then he may just have more time playing behind a decent NFL OL that will at least let him complete a 5-step drop before getting hit.
