We as blacks have to stop feeling good about being mediocre! Dumbing down education so one can past is not helping. You will eventually be found to be incompetent once your asked to do the job you're not qualified for.

Who is angry? The bigotry of low expectations is horrible. Often ignored. The truth is angry now?
But the truth is being misconstrued. For example, JCrow laws are Dem laws. So why do the Repubs get blamed for them when they were highly against them, and had nothing to do with them in the first place? And the White Hoodie club too. That was Dem also. I don't get why the left gets a pass on those facts since it's such a big complaint of theirs today. And it was their fault. Hasn't 85-90% of Black America lived Blue for over 60 years now? And doesn't PParenthoodie keep them a minority by choice? If you live in a Blue State/City, under Blue Law, how is it possibly the Right? Next time you have a complaint, read who wrote the law your complaining about. In Blue States, most likely be those on the left your complaining about.

Very cool video. I have just one little bit of constructive criticism. I don’t like when people of any race call the other people of the same race “my people”. For me, my people, are all my family and friends regardless of their race. You’re doing a great job though, man. Keep it up!

Im glad i was born in 1977. Didnt grow up with all the manipulative tools out now. Sticks and stones saying is legit true. It doesnt matter what anyone calls me or you. Its what you KNOW about yourself inside your soul. You know what youve done and not done in your life. You or myself we know what we have done in our lives. Everything weve done. If i think i am a good man and i do than it doesnt matter what anyone says about me i know the truth. I dont and neither should you need validation from anyone. Even if they call you an insult. Sometimes people just want to take others down. Dont let them. If you have to defend yourself than you will know when you truly have to. Sometimes and most times walking away is the best option. 99% of the time walking away is the best option. Dont make that % more by over reacting to certain things. You know who you are inside. Thats all that matters.
I’ll never understand this mindset. I assume anyone in the cockpit has been given the all clear and qualifications to fly an airplane. I don’t give a shit what they look like. As long as they don’t want to purposely take anybody out (☠️), then what is the issue?
I've flown on planes where the pilot was black or female and I have NEVER given it a thought about the competency because the training was extensive and most were former military pilots. However, ever since the DEI implementation, I now wonder if they are competent because the airline wants to make sure the pilots are more diverse. Becoming a pilot has always been open to anyone who wants to be a pilot but now they have to go out of their way to get more women and blacks to apply. I have no problem with that as long as their training is put to the same standards as prior to DEI.

Never worried if my pilot was of a different color of skin. As for women, I have a experience where the first female pilot I flew with, hit the tarmac so hard every overhead popped open and shit went flying everywhere, and then proceeded to use every inch of the runway, including going past the first set of stripes at the end of the runway, and then they had to tow us around so she could taxi to the terminal.
