I have been using this printer for a couple of weeks now and blown away with how much it can do, and how well at the same time! Printing technology has come on laps and bounds over the years and it's at the point now where we can make finished motorcycle parts for not much money. I am looking to buy the k1c. What I have noticed on the listing is this.... k1c 499$ and a "2024 upgrade" at 599$ what is the difference if anything at all. No one can seem to tell me
Why print CF? Every test I've seen shows that it isn't stronger or impact resistant, and usually terrible? Why would anyone want to print in CF?
Could we please debunk that more infill help make the part stronger. The biggest impact on part strength are number of walls. Infill are there to support the top layers…
I think its scale dependent too. And obviously how much weight or stress you plan on putting through the part
how much support there is on the layers... makes the sides stronger? You really think there is no correlation between part strength and infill density?
