    In the video it was mentioned that High Fowlers was the best position to improve oxygenation. I thought Orthopneic was the best position?

    Hello, helpful video, as a patient how do u get tested for either and can long term sleep apnea cause either condition, thx

      Sleep apnea is typically diagnosed through a sleep study. Typically your primary care provider would refer you to a pulmonologist or sleep specialist, and they would schedule you for a sleep study :) --Meris
