Very good video, I’m thinking about to get one exactly like this trim just no decided with the color yet but I’m looking forward to get my hands on as well and your video help me even more to decide that car instead of the Elantra. Honda it’s always Honda right
I’m looking in the compact sedan market and my top two are the Civic sport and Jetta sport. The Elantra was solid but the drive feel didn’t blow me away and the interior design felt a bit wonky and not as sharp as the others. But not having a bigger screen or blind spot standard for the civic is annoying.
I was in the same boat as you. I was looking at Jettas and Honda civics. I just bought a Honda civic hatch touring trim and absolutely love it. 9 inch touchscreen as well.
@@brendankenny9743 touring is out of my price range unfortunately. Idk if want to pay 30k plus for a civic. The only thing that really bugs me about the sport trim is no blind spot monitoring, while Jetta has it standard in all trims
@@zoinks5717 damn bro it’s really not that deep. It definitely not a major necessity. I’ve driven without it for years now. Just would be a nice addition
Except the Elantra keeps making the least of reliable vehicles. Just because someone is a mechanic doesn’t mean they don’t have a bias against change. Stats are more reliable than anecdotes. I would still choose a Civic because of the looks and size and hatchback but the Elantra is a competent car
Idk why they removed it. I really liked it on my 2013 accord but my 2018 was removed and I hated it. The Elantra drives amazing but the civic is very solid. I had Hondas my whole life and I owned/own Elantras and they are amazing. I have 2023 elentra that I bought for 20k. 10k cheaper than this accord and has more features lol
Yes I did. I did review and I did actually drive it the same day I drove this civic. I uploaded the pov drive of the accord today. It’s on my channel :)
Sounds like you want them to cheep out like the Elantra so you can get a bigger screen? No! Leave it alone. Buy the Hyundai you are so fond of, if you want a big cheep thing with lots of cheep features.
Yes it does. I bought a ‘23 Civic Touring this year, but all trims of the 11th generation have both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 11th generation Honda Civic is a fantastic little car. Highly recommended!
The ride is bouncy bad because of those wheels. Or lolgot a bad one. Or they left the shipping blocks in. Seriously the car would be better with steel wheels . The ride would be comphy handling would not suffer. Just would not look as nice.
Only a few years ago type r was selling for $34K MSRP... Now a regular civic is almost the same price, lol
I hate that tbh
@@minipandora22 i mean companies control the prices but yes because there is inflation it adds more.

Honda Civic way better than Elantra N Line, because of the engine and transmission that makes this car faster.

U ever decide on the color? Debating between black & silver. Hoping to buy mine in the next 3 months

Get a mechanic under the Elantra and you'll understand why the civic and corolla are priced so much higher 😆

The Elantra is better for handling and having a fun car
what's been your average mpg during this test drive?
I'd much rather drive the Elantra. The blind spot cameras for both sides are fantastic. Why did Honda remove the passenger side blind spot mirror?

Oh? I have a Honda ex 2024 civic and there’s blind spot on both sides of the mirror
bad driver fr
@@zoinks5717 - Nope, invalid. If this were the other way around, you'd be ripping on Hyundai for that as well

At the beginning you said the 1.5 is "naturally aspirated" but later you corrected yourself😂
I HAVE to get the sport model for the reliable engine, although I really want the touring but the 1.5 is bad
Nice car, I wonder what the 2025 Corolla will be like 🙇🏻♂️
There’s no change for 2025. A refresh is most likely happening in 2026.
These people don’t know nothing about cars Elantra would be way better as a fun car to drive do you want a boring car get a civic or Corolla then
Dang 7 inch screen? My phone screen is 6.5 that’s tiny for a screen in a car
It’s definitely better than an Elantra, but is it better than a Corolla?
Legend did you get a chance to test out the new generation Accord? I know you had the 10th.

7 inch screen is not acceptable 😂
Hahahahaha
All the car manufacturers are this way. It’s annoying. VW and Toyota are the same way
Half the population would be happy with 7 inches of screen.
