Could we have a schematic for the iron farm placements. Even with a pillager I wasn't able to get more than four cells per layer without exceeding the 3 villager buddy system limit
They'll release the world at the end of the challenge, so if you wait a month you can get it.

5 rl days of constantly playing MC... So 120 hours with about 15 people. If u take that into consideration the progress seems a lot more reasonable xD

What they did in 5 days took me like a month!
I tried to design a similar iron farm to the one shown here but could only fit six villager pods around the pillager. Maybe I just tried too hard for symmetry? In any case will the world download be available at the end of the month; it’d be useful to see the better layout.
if someone wondered, 5000 iron per hour means 78.125 stacks!

I would love to see ilmango design a furnance array that is optimised around using coal blocks as a fuel source. I think it would be a fun and interesting redstone challenge.
A furnace array which utilizes the most efficient fuel source in the game? I don't see why not.
However, he's clearly pretty busy right now with SciCraft Blitz, and I don't think he'll build your idea in this series.
Maybe next month onwards.
I don't think using coal blocks is a good idea, you have to manually craft those, and there are other alternatives that are ready to use without crafting, and farmable, like bamboo, blaze rods, etc

no. Use lava buckets because it is a good 1.17 feature that could basically replace carpet duping
That's either really stupid or really trivial.. you either fill each furnace in series with however many blocks a coal block can smelt, or fill a preset number of furnaces in batches of one item. The former is incredibly slow and the latter is potentially incredibly fuel inefficient.

Could we have a schematic of that iron farm? I really love it! Compact, efficient and with a nice density. Ideal for any SSP world.
I have a question: Does farm all renewable items mean having farms for every renewable item, or having farms for crafting recipes of every renewable item? (e.g., if you have a general mob farm and all the dye farms, is a wool farm still required? You don't have a wool farm, but you can craft wools from the items produced in other farms.)

OBV for crafting it that's a dumb question but IF they can craft stuff but it still IS a farm that most people build they will build it (like a wool farm)
I think they'll just do whatever they feel like, they'll probably end the series with a giant perimeter
They just make a farm for every item possible. So I guess it’s crafting recipes and some of the items themselves.

Could use a zombie or something to lure the iron golems out of the portals cause some of them seem to be stuck. Could even use water on the edge of the portal blocks.

They push each other out. Doesn't matter if there are only ever ~2 stuck

the fact that these guys made what would take a normal minecraft player months of works in the extreme low time of 5 days....
Day 5 - Only 1 and a half double chests full of shulker boxes filled with some resources. A bit disappointing, but we'll make it faster.

I just now realise why i like your videos EVEN more than many others...you guys will go to the max, make the farms you have, THE BEST possible, ALSO explore all of these things codes, ect that most youtubers don't. Simmilarly, when Docm77 made the octuple spawner chunk on the hermitcraft server...like it for sure isn't ''normal'' minecraft, but its very interesting and nothing i've seen before. Same with the concrete duping and all of these other farms and mechanics you guys use. Basically not the same melon pumpkin ect farm like normies.

I would not be surprised if the world generator in minecraft does not exist and it's just the SciCraft team building worlds while we explore them.

That the client (his pc/his minecraft instance) can render/show this farm since it is very complex and a lot of things going on. Much entitys/items rendering and so on

Can someone explain to me how they're able to pack the villagers of the iron farm so close together? I thought that doing this means that golems from one village would affect the others.

Why don't you guys put a zombie up at the top to make the iron golems fall in the lava faster?
Would it be an improvement to the Iron Farm to have water streams on top of signs/open fence gates to pull the Iron Golems out of the portal, or do incoming Iron Golems provide frequent enough pushes that such an addition would have a negligible difference? I ask because there were a couple idling in the portal on the Overworld side and I thought their hitbox was big enough to intersect water placed next to the portal.

tangos iron farm is (practicly) as effective as this one...
kinda wierd, not gonna lie
it really isnt. tangos ironfarm isnt more compact, faster or simpler to build. its a fun farm for yt content. you can even see it break in the end of the episode he built it and that golem transport is unreliable. and considering that i already use portals and propper timing he certainly isnt getting anywhere near the efficiency of my farm

Pregunta: por qué ilmango quema los items de la Raid Farm? Joder, entiendo que haya una producción muy alta de items y eso pero no debería crear un ciclo para que se guarde toda la producción o simplemente como hay tanta producción no es necesario crear un ciclo de items?
