This is great! I recommend Taebo to my Karate students for conditioning. I used to have the collection on DVD but no longer have a player so I passed them on to someone who did.
@@Dr.lukwagoAsuman today I added trash bags to each leg and a bag on my upper body Afterwards put on a Nike jogging pants and Nike sweatshirt on top of the trash bags AND YES I SWEATED 😅 THIS GO AROUND
