Thank you for these great men’s bracelets. I have two sons and 4 grandsons so I’m always looking for gifts for them . They will love these. So thank you so much .
Great to see men's bracelets Kellie, thanks! Here's how you could stay in frame.......put a piece of tape on your mat, at the level of your wrists, so you can see immediately if your hands go below that marker. A bit like an actors mark on a stage or film set!
Hey Kel! OMG, I've missed you and your awesome tutorials so much! Long story but I'm just getting back on YT. On top of that, a lot of other things have been going on too. Ugh! You know I'm a bracelet kinda girl and these are so cool, I can't wait to make the snake knot one!! I have so many video's to catch up on...it will have to be a binge fest. LOL So great to be back my sweet friend...Big ((Hugs)) and Love from Texas!!🤗❤😍
A NEW KNOT!!! How exciting! Good thing I watched this at this time of day, you know, before the brain cells close up shop for the day around supper time. 😉 I am sure, completely sure, I have everything I need for the knotted bracelet, right Kellie? LOL I must have the largest vast stash of beads north of Pitt Meadows. Thank you so much for another wonderful tutorial Miss Kellie. (may I just add, that I love the new blue/greenish beading mat, so much easier to see the beads.) 💗💗💗🤗
Thanks Kathryn! If you didn’t have all the supplies I would be very surprised! I wish I could get just the darker coloured mats. They come in mostly yellow which is my least favorite color. 🤷♀️
Thanks so much Kellie for such a good tute. I showed my husband the Snake Bracelet (Robert) and he liked it so much, I made him one tonight. One tip to share that helped me was to put a bit of tape on the end of the left piece of leather, so that I wouldn't miss it & grab the right one. A couple of times, I caught myself doing it anyway. I tried my macrame board but you were right, it was easier holding it in my hand. Thanks again.
Hi Kellie !!! Wow!!! 🤩Love love love these bracelets, you are an awesome instructor 🥰, thanks for sharing your time. Praying you are doing well. I really enjoy watching your videos 😊
Thanks for sharing! I've had a few guys at work ask if I made men's jewelry. I had to tell them 'not at the moment, I didn't have any patterns/ideas for men's items.' Now I have a few ideas! Thanks!
Oh, my gosh! I LOVE these bracelets, Kellie! I found, as I became familiar with the snake knot, that if I kept my loop on the right quite small, it made for easier tightening, and I could move through the piece fairly quickly. My first two bracelets will be gifts, and, after your super instructions, I feel completely confident in giving them away. Thank you, Kellie!
Hi Kellie wow! I so love that knotted bracelet and ,just have to make one Also love your tuts and so happy I've found a new way to incorporate my metalsmithing with the leather it's so much fun
Like your new studio 😄 I learned this knot as the Spanish knit. The owner of Bead World in Phoenix AZ learned it on a family vacation to the beach in Spain. An old gentleman was doing this knot and she asked him about it. He taught it to her and she enjoyed doing it so much she taught her family. Soon everyone was making bracelets. She now uses cup chain and knots between the crystals. I've taught this bracelet and called it Bling on a String ( and yes, I bought her kits). I'll try to send you a picture.
Hi hi from Johannesburg south Africa. Thank you for all the tips and tricks working with elastica. Love to learn. I've eventually got the barrel knot down.
I actually managed to make this knot-it's a miracle! Lol. It's so pretty and I'm so pleased I could do it. I'm normally put off by anything that looks complicated. Obviously clear instructions helped 😊👍
@@KelliesBeadBoutique Thank you! But please...tell me how I can stop it from twisting! I've tried different leathers but that didn't make any difference. After a couple of inches, it starts to twist 😣🙈. What am I doing wrong?? 😥
I am so happy l have found your videos. You explain everything perfectly and your videos are from start to finish. They are easy to follow and understand. I did not realize that you where close to my home so now l can purchase products from BC. I purchased two of your kits and have just received them so looking forward to getting started. Thank you
Kelly, I am new to making beaded jewelry, or any jewelry as far as that goes. I'd like to say that I truly appreciate your tutorials! They are easy to follow along. You take your time to not only show how the piece is made but you are very thorough in your instructions and explanations! For beginners, you are a miraculous blessing! Thank you so much for being you and adding personality yo your videos. AND, thank you for not rushing thru them and bleeping parts of the videos out while explaining. You show the realness of making things, and explain the more difficult parts instead of bleeping the more challenging parts to make it look easier than it really is! Blessed be. Much Respect...
I made a similar beaded bracelet for my neighbor for Christmas. I used all onyx beads with silver disc spacers. I’m going to try the other for my nephew.
Your instructions are great, I was able to a bracelet. I had so much difficulty in doing a bracelet, I don’t know how many videos I watched. Keep doing videos, and thank you for your great instructions.
I LOVE this Snake Knot, it's gorgeous. So cool Kellie. I'm certainly going to make some of these bracelets. I love the colours of your leather cord, especially the navy blue and the grey.
Just love this project, and more so the creative way ur hands guide the leather 👍!! Just enjoy ur calming voice and inventive drive to do a "ur own" pc👏
I LOVE TYING SNAKE KNOTS!!! I like to have a piece of paracord with me at all times and I will sit and tie snake knots on a piece of paracord while I am Waiting for doctor appointments and things that require me to wait to be seen…. It’s very relaxing…. Edit: I have to admit, I have never seen anyone tie a snake knot the way you are doing it…. But what ever works to get the job done! Right?n lol….
such gorgeous bracelets Kellie!!! just the the leather one , so classy and masculine at the same time!!! ty for a great tutorial Kellie!!! glad to see u back !!! have missed you!!!
Kelly, THANK YOU! I have tried for a couple of years to do the snake knot unsuccessfully. Your instructions were sooooo easy to follow that I was able to complete the bracelet on the first try. THANK YOU!!😺😺😺😺
I did a version of the snake knot years ago learning from a paracord guy. I made one for my son. He wore his nice new bracelet to school. By the end of the day he had an armband; it had stretched. Going to try this way. Thanks.
Make sure to keep your tension even. That will help. This might stretch a bit due to the nature of the weave so don’t make it too large to start with. Happy creating!
Perfect timing. It is so difficult to make things for the men in my life. One thing I’m making is peyote stitch with 11/0 seed beads on antique tools. IE a three inch clamp, a socket wrench and two different sizes of box wrenches. Thank you Kellie. Blessings.
Kellie, perfect timing for gifting! I was looking for leather bracelets for the teenage Grandsons. Will try making them. The snake knot looks different, a good size, not bulky. Love your ideas.

Your tutorials are top level and I thank you for the inspiration and a jumping off point to continue my journey as an artist.
Thanks Kathy! It’s been a challenge to say the least. Not what I expected at all. I’ve been super sad over but I’m trying to pull myself up and move on. I know I’m lucky compared to many so I need to stop griping. ❤️
While learning macramé on my own, I had dyslexia of weaving as I tried to keep the direction uniform. You are the first person who gave me that "A-Ha" moment of clarity. Thank you!

The snake knot is one of the most versatile knots… it can be used as a standalone knot like you’ve used it in this bracelet. Or you can stack them and connect then side by side to make a wider item…. I have also made a Bracelet and matching belt by connecting them side by side 5 wide… that belt took me a little over a week to make…it was made for a man with a 32 inch waist… so I made it 36 inches long to give him a little "growing" room lol….
Thank you so much for the superb instructions, I have several family males who I think would really enjoy these bracelets. I am over the moon that they come in kits. You do a great demonstration, its a pleasure to watch you, and listen to your voice. You have great tone and tempo, and elocution as well as grammar.
I love your tutorials. These bracelets are perfect for my son and grandsons. I make crochet videos and I hate it when I go out of frame too. You make snake knots completely different from the way I learned to make them some 30 years ago! Interesting how they come out the same way. I guess, in the end they that is all that really matters. Right? :)
There are so many ways to do so many things. I think it’s good as people learn in different ways too. I always say there is no right way. It’s just the way I do it. 😃
I found your channel a week or so ago and just came across this video. Love the snake knot in leather! I had used it in paracord to make a couple dog leashes, but this is very nice looking! Thank you for sharing this!

Love all of them, especially the 🐍 knot. Thank you!
Очень крутая работа. Приятная женщина. Долгих лет творчества!😊
It looks like a kind of macrame knot and might be easier to manage if it was attached to a tying station.
For me I had to turn it which made tying it down cumbersome.
