And the reality we believe is created by our emotion depends on it. And the reality created by the higher-ups that apply to our sense's in order to everyone to understand that give us guide, awareness is created by Rules that makes us keep on living.

As an ENFJ, I dont consider myself to be a hopeful person (to a fault), but I tend to bring hope to others who, then, tend to make better 'life progression' choices based on our interaction. Funny how someone who is 60% of the time depressed can help others feel what they wish they could themselves.

I know the feeling, but even if it feels delusional, hope is the only thing that remains when everything else is gone. When we think we hit the rock bottom and aren't able to handle the stress, all we can do is look up and wait for a chance to turn things around, considering we think things can't get worse anyway. After all, we don't lose when we get knocked down; we lose when we give up. I know there might not be much hope, but it is still better than resigning oneself to one's doom anyway.

"I don't have a good reason to be sad" means that I live a normal life and nothing really bad never happens to me. Like, no one die from my family (if it was, I was too young and don't remember it) or friends or I never was sick with something. We would observe them and find this answer on our own by simply learning to understand who they are.
