#Farfa #YuGiOh #Spain
This has to become a series. We need this with more languages.
german would be funny, our card names are all over the place!
Italian could work
@@shadowhunterevil8214 Nixenrüstung
can't wait for french
@@2Kaleb hör auf, du Mehrfachtäuscher
It's great being able to watch this because I dont speak spanish
I'll fucking do it anyway haha
This video was watchable even when being a native spanish speaker
Same, but i do speak spanish and it makes everything better
@@jazzerokami2443 True
My thoughts exactly
As an spanish speaker, we don't really like card names in spanish lmao
Yup. Card names in spanish are so cringy ngl xd
Yup, same here. Makes me sad that someone gets paid for those names
Same here, I'm Brazilian and Konami just translates it literally to Portuguese
Es en italiano pero "La verga del mago" xd
But sometimes funny in our own sense of humor, sometimes they even sound better than English, but we also can’t forget our own card nicknames
Now I want him to try german cards. Just having him pronounce german words would be the funniest shit ever.
Nerd Factor is German, he could read the cards for him
"Losgekettete Scheußlichkeit
Himmelsjäger-Ass - Raye
Unendliche Unbeständigkeit
Topf der Gegensätzlichkeit
Schwarzflügel - Kalut der Mondschatten"
would be good ones
But I wanna watch this video
Auch wenn dadurch die Kommentarsektion eigentum der BRD wird?

I was surprised we didn't see the legendary "RAVIEL, SEÑOR DE PHANTASMAS"
That language is so beautiful. I wish Spain was real.
A mí también me gustaría, la verdad
A mí no, chingue su madre España
No you dont :/
wdym Spain was real?
Spain without the S
Hola señor Nadir, Me alegra verlo haciendo contenido en Español
Muy bien hecho Farfa del canal de youtube 🐔👍
As a Ygo player with Spanish as a native language, I'm surprised I've never heard any of these names, because all of the Spanish names are so cringe to listen, besides some funny ones like "morena penetrante"
I'm from Argentina and I really really dislike Spanish names too. They are so cringy to read and say.
Dude en serio? Que maaaaaaal, y pensé q sombrañeca ya era lo más cringe xD
@@YugiSannin92 hay cosas terriblemente traducidas como el E-Hero Flame Wingman que lo tradujeron como Héroe Elemental de la Llama Wingman. Si ese spanglish no es cringe, no se que lo es.
@@JNitroxx decirle "hombreala"
@@Badbufon O solo "Alado"?, no lo tienes que traducir tan literalmente, eso es precisamente de lo que nos quejamos
As a spanish speaker I like to collect spanish yugioh cards but they definitely sound weird when read out loud. I almost would rather not
Yeah, the pun names cannot translate to spanish withoutj sounding janky
They are just plain awful, an example: Shaddoll = sombrañeca Sombra= Shadow, Muñeca = Doll
Yo odio las cartas en español,todo suena muy tonto
@@edcatallanpoe2152 Seguro pero creo que Estamos acostumbrado a escucharlas y verlas leidas en Ingles. El Mago Oscuro no suena tan cool como suena "Dark Magician"
Some of the puns and worldplay would just be the biggest unfunniest clusterfuck so we have really odd translations trying to get the point across and end with a fuck ton of words for each pun
El farfa intentando hablar en español jajaja (Yes, he has many spanish viewers)
Claro que si mi hermano 😂
Y latinos también!
Muchos
When el farfa habla españolo
Me sorprende que no se mordiera la lengua 😅
I love how Farfa appropriated tiramisù as an English word, when it was originally Italian lol.
Non ti preoccupare Farfa, sei comunque simpaticissimo
Ma salve signò
Fala Galera Farfa! Would you be interested in doing a similar challenge but in portuguese? Brazil loves you
Farfa eu te amo
really liked the video ideia and, as a native portuguese speaker, i must suggest you to do the same using portuguese cards, but only with the cursed ones
OMG I would love it, ngl
Farfa venha para o Brasil
Gonna get Farfa demonetized with that Dark Magician
Fala galera hahahaha
this but with br-pt anime card names >>>>>
Peladura de lâminas-dente
As a spanish speaker this hurts because I'm having to listen to an Ethpañol talk
JAJAJAJA es cierto
I can relate
Posta que si... es terrible.
Pero si Tublinario es chileno wtf???
Es menos que es española y más que los nombres no suenan correctos en español
I swear learning spanish with Farfa would be an amazing experience if he ever does spanish learning stream
This should be a new series, homologous to the old classic "Japanese 101" with Filthy Frank, but "Spanish 101" with Farfa, and he just plays in spanish.
We need a second part of this but with italian cards, just so we can hear Farfa say “Verga del mago"
:vvvv
Esto es algo que no me esperaba ver, ahora podra decir pollo mas seguido :D
With Engage, the person who was reading the names in Spanish "incorrectly" pronounced the word "caza" as "casa", which translates to "house", which misled Farfa into thinking the card had something to do with The Sanctuary in the Sky (since he understood that "cielo" means "sky"). Now, there are indeed multiple regions where the "z" is pronounced like "s" in Spanish, but I really think he should have clarified that he meant "caza" and not "casa" when Farfa thought he was saying "house", because the way he pronounced the word did make it look as if he was saying "house", when it was actually a different word XD
Atleast we know he’s not from Spain or he would have said “catha” lol
@@scottking6481 if I'm not mistaken he is from Chile
@@scottking6481 still he put spain's flag in the thumbnail lol
On most spanish speaking countries, the Z is pronounced extremely similar to the S (if not identical). Only on Spain is the Z vastly different.
@@scottking6481 some people from spain, specially in the south, use the 's' sound instead of the 'z' sound
2:56 Oh yes, this one is also very tricky, because both casa (house) and caza (hunt) are homophones (same sound).
Todo un grande el farfa
I belive in Ñ supremacy
That was actually pretty wholesome.
You should do some italian ones, we have abominations like Naturia Uovopianta, where Uovopianta is the literal translation of Egg + Plant, instead of being the correct translation for Eggplant...
Donnacimice Inzektor pure, per non parlare dei vari "drake" tradotti come "draghetto".
Le bestemmie solo a pensarci.
This was a really cool video idea!
You should do one next where you bring The DB Grinder onto your stream, show him cards in English, and see if he can pronounce them.
The guy is probably chilean, bc he pronounce the “sh” as “ch”.
Ese título no me va a detener porque yo no hablo inglés.
I gotta say, that person definitely had a great idea with this one.
Espero mas videos asi en el futuro
Más
honestly for the mick you took out the guy at the start that was good content
Farfa: I don't know how to say goodbye
Also farfa: Hasta luego!
I think he used to finish his videos with an _Adiós_
spanish cards sometimes have very meme names
you have cards like Salamangrande Zorr and Morena Penetrante
"Do NOT watch this if you speak Spanish"
Me: "¡Esta seña no me detendrá porque yo no sé leer!"
Cant wait for farfa to do this again but in brazillian portugues lol
*Portuguese from Portugal
@@carlospassosdiasaguiarmota4950 yeah, i know portugues IS from portugal but the name of the cards AREN'T the same in both countries
@@vgfodaodemais1723 yes they are. We have been using Brasilian translations here for quite a while.
As an Hispanic.
I feel like I shouldn't be here.
But why not.
Me here too. Although, it is nice learing how to pronounce the names of different cards in different languages.
When You no longer have ideas , he goes to team samurai .
I love the German yugi card translations
"Paja de pelea?" you're gonna get demonetized bro
The sad thing is that it might sound fine in Spanish from Spain tho due to "paja" not really meaning that slang, but in Spanish Latin America, well XD
@@jironamos7650 Oh no absolutely not, I'm from spain and paja 100% means masturbation lmao
@@diamonddudeygo Lol, I thought it didn't XD
Paje de Pelea, no paja.
@@LoboCrepuscularZelda Ya se XD
Pero en un momento el Farfa dijo "Paja"
10:17 Maxx c in Spanish is just cimooooooooooooooooooo
It was really good and he was able to get the a lot. As a native Spanish speaker he surprised me based on the title
Farfa didn't explote once he heard the Ñ in sombrañeca. Thats a good sign
My native language is spanish fellas a ver si me muero o que
edit: I'm in physical pain
edit 2: okay it was just the engage, overall Farfa did great
* Sees title * “don’t fucking tell me what to” *do clicks to spite the title.*
So when are we doing the Chinese version together for social credit
This was so much fun. Please do more Farfa
This is a TOP TIER content idea LMAO would love to see more
He said this wouldn't be good content. Imagine needing a 1000 likes for this primo contente
Spanish translation sometimes is so dumb that makes this funny. Btw the way, this dude talks like a telephone machine, sounds so strange lol and wtf he totally missed to ask him for Vaca de San Antonio Dorada and Morena Penetrante.
I was waiting for "Vaca de San Antonio Dorada" (Golden Ladybug), buen vidio señor Nadir
Imagine making fun of a guy suggesting this when it turned out to be hysterical
I'm Chilean, so I guess it's cool :)
Love this!!! Unique content
As a Spanish speaker I think it’s really cute how Shaddoll is “Sombrañeca” in Spanish.
I really enjoyed this actually. Great video!
I was expecting one of the cards to be Malicioso Dragón Negro de Ojos Rojos
I understand your confusion with Battle Butler because most spanish speaking people would traslate Battle as "Batalla" and Pelea as "Fight" and Butler as "Mayordomo"
Can we please make this a regular thing, where farfa translates cards from different languages
Existen cartas peores hhahaa pero que supiera los shadoll hahahaha me sorprendió, Spanish traditions are usually quite bad hahaha but the fact that farfa know shadoll in spanish was just boom hahahahaha
@11:11 farfa doesn't know how to say goodbye yet in his videos he always says until next time adios and claps his hand -_- lol
Cries in «Sobre Turbos»
I never realized how stupid accesscode talkers name is until I heard it in Spanish
De putísima madre, poco a poco se convierte en un canal de español
Please for the love of all things, you have to do this segment with French-Language cards with Coder.
"the English word for tiramisu"
You GOTTA do it with every language Yugioh is available in
I'm still mad they translated odd-eyes into "ojos anómalos" instead of "ojos raros".
It reminds me of how I pulled a Spanish language Judgement of Anubis from an english pack hahaha
How did he just miss the Morena Penetrante God Like card!?
I mean... the fuck!?
No Magnus Magnus Great King of the Computer.
5:40 Sombrañeca is such an ass translation and totally throws the semitic reference from the original names ( El Shaddoll/El Shaddai) out of the window
I'm a spanish speaker and i loved this
Tub has such a beautiful voice
This was amazing please do more of this
Next time I'll do the same quiz for him but with cards in italian
Italian Prank-Kids Dodo Doodle-Doo is one of the most hilarious things ever
im waiting for the "Sapiamente Genial"
now german so we get ICH BIN EIN ALTERGEIST SPIELER
I heard the shaddoll beast one and was like sombrero?
Luckily i speak portuguese
I would love to see cimooo and coder guessing cards like farfa :D
I would like to see more of this
Perhaps a Russian version with Rata
One pun that is lost in translation is prankids , in spanish is translated to brominiños , bromi comes from broma=joke and niños=kids or children, but a lot of translations kinda ruin the original sense ,like Lunalights (in japanese is ltrly moonlight didn't need to translate that)
He said attacking the sky and didnt think sky striker smh
Now you need to do this with Coder and French Cards
wtf xD that was an amazing content! hope you keep doing stuff like this
Spada means Sword. I learned this from Bleach (anime)
Don't worry, Farfa. I'm a native Spanish speaker and I have never heard the word sedaubico in my life
Las traducciones en Español son tal malas.
Accescodifocador Hablante debería el Hablante venir antes del Acces
"Caza is house"
I laugh harder than I should
#BlessedFarfaContent
I love this video! Hands down my favorite spanish card is espantapájaros de hierro (scrap iron scarecrow) just because of how it sounds
I need much more of this content SO MUCH 😂😂😂
ya solo falta el ultimo paso: vlog de viaje por España
As someone who speaks Spanish and funny enough knows less to nothing about YGO
YOU CAN'T TELL WHAT TO DO IMMA WATCH IT
Este es un Certificado POLLOmomento de Farfa, señores.
Farfa taught me spanish
That TeamSamuraiX1 sound effect though
Wow Farfa, your spanish is pretty good...I'm amazed. Bien hecho !
and theres goes the opportunity to say in spanish piercing moray xD
Gracias, Farfa. Se me hace muy gracioso cuando intentas hablar español.
How did this turn out to be so wholesome
this was surprisingly entertaining
he should do german next ... for maximum localisation confusion
