When you reach your financial goals and real estate goals you’ve set for yourself. Then you can be a little more sharing. Give alms, pay your tithes and offerings, pray and obey God. And Heaven will keep you covered and bring the right people in your life. You can’t be successful worrying about other people’s opinions of you. I wish you success.

Good advice. I learned this years ago by watching what my father dealt with renting to friends and family. The lesson I learned (I was literally as a child during that time) is NOT to do business with friends or family because chances are you can't afford the headaches.
This video is the gospel truth. I let my ex’s family stay in my property and the BIGGEST mistake of my life. He moved out in December 2019. I hired a management co in January 2020, had a new tenant March of 2020. Thank God this happened because the pandemic hit the end of March 2020. Because of my newly hired management co, they screened my tenant so well I had no payment issues at all, not even during the pandemic. Real Estate investing has taught me some hard lessons.

My sister are going through it right now bc they decided to do business together and this has put my family in an uncomfortable situation bc if we say something to one of them the other one gets upset. Please don't rent your properties to your friends or family or even people in your circles, they will take advantage of you, especially bc they know you're a public figure . All the best as always ❤

I always say they had the same opportunities as I did. I tell my brothers that they should have saved some money, and they work every day. TFS, be safe and be well. 💙💙💙💙
If you lend family money check their lifestyle to see if they sqander their money if so be careful because they will probably not pay you back. If you want to give them money buy the item for them if its reasonable to do so because they may very well misuse the money and come back to you again. Sometimes the only way people will learn is to stand on their own two feet, yes they are family. Give them info on how to budget and keep doing it they were eventually get the message.
