I totally get Jenna getting so much praise for the amazing amount of work she put into portraying Wednesday, but I feel like Emma Meyers should be getting alot more praise too.
She did the majority of her own stunts having had experience in gymnastics, dancing and figure skating. So massive props to her too.

They didn’t even let her use those stunts. They got other people for the actually stunt parts and used cgi. Sad.
It is truly admirable that Jenna Ortega has portrayed such a character so successfully. Wednesday adds a different atmosphere to the character, and people's perspective on this character has improved. Thanks Netflix!🖤

"Successfully". She played a generic goth emo girl. Wednesday Addams is far from that.
"He just threw out my knee! I can't dance tomorrow!" And that's where the amazingly skilled stunt performers come in! Great work to Jenny and especially the stunt actor for the Hyde. I haven't seen stunt performers using crutch-like mechanisms for monsters before!👏😃

@@nanyabiznus4738 It's possible. She did have to dance one day and fence another, and my hearing just gets worse and worse. But you get the idea, she experienced a setback because she accidentally got hurt while trying to do stunts, and that's when the trained stunt performers come in

Well she has a background in gymnastics and figure skating, in fact she did the majority of her stunts in the show too
I was sure that the fight between wolf Enid and hude Tyler was fully CGI, this is very impressive
Such a good show and the more and more you look into the more its clear that they really did go above and beyond to make it something special and succeeded and now the show is rightly be recognized as fantastic!

Emma was a dancer, figure skater and gymnast. When she was not filming, she spent a lot of time in the stunt gym! She's a true athlete! :D

This stunt work was excellent - I've always thought stunts coordination and FX would be more fun than acting - we really enjoyed season one of Wednesday and look forward to many more, with the sky being the limit for plot lines and characters!

Everyone very obssesed with jenna i do admire she is good at what she does for how unexperience she is too but still the stunt doubles man gotta give it up too them that shit looked tough and really incredible they've endured the masterpiece weve experienced so we should give more props to the stunt doubles in my opinion
