Hi, friends. There is a mistake on the screen. should be 170°C (340°F) bake for 22 minutes. Please check the description and subtitle. Thanks again all of your support 🌹
I saw this just as my timer went off and thus I was able to catch it in time!!
Tried this today. I thought they lacked sweetness that I felt I’d get from my very ripened bananas. I did use frozen ripened bananas so I’m wondering if it’s not the way to go for this recipe. All was not lost because I drizzled them with a glaze of powdered sugar and milk 😋, Melt in your mouth wonderful with the buttery tops and that little glaze having a meeting with my taste buds🤣🤣
This comment is actually what I was hoping to find. I hate the sweetness of over ripe bananas and don't usually like banana bread. I'm hoping this recipe tastes more like bread than bananas. It makes sense, the yeast is using the sugar in the bananas as a food source, making the bread less sweet. Can't wait to try it.
@@JT-ic9mp I’m sure you will be happy with this recipe. Also be careful with the flour because it may seem a bit sticky but too much flour won’t help the taste and it will be a little dry.
These make a great snack for kids and I love them with coffee😀
@@JT-ic9mp since you don’t like sweetness with the ripe bananas you will love No Knead No Sugar No Milk Healthy Bread from this channel. They are soft, moist and the perfect roll for breakfast or anytime!😋

- Hi, - Is the healthy bread made with 'White' flour Please ?
Thanks
@@TIGZ-NZ8563 I used all purpose flour
I tried this twice, the second time turned out wonderful and delicious. The first time it didn't rise because my yeast had expired and died. I had no idea yeast could die. Thank you.
Yes look up on 'how to bloom your yeast' first - (with warm milk) it'll let you know right away if your yeast is dead or alive [viable] - but you'll save time and money & won't waste all the other ingredients!
@@mjk6618 Good to know, thanks
Oh boy, could that have been my problem too? Failed miserably! I was so disappointed. I never like working with yeast because the rate of failure is usually too high. Will try again with new yeast, and hopefully it will be successful.
This was so easy and delicious too! Thanks for another recipe for my ripe bananas!
I can’t wait to try ur recipe ‼️👍🏼 “Hello” from Coopersburg, PA- USA -

A terrific presentation! I'm from the US. I am inspired to try this bread, as I loved my mothers banana bread (the dark variety with walnuts, and very moist, and somewhat heavy) rather than light and fluffy like your version. Thanks for this video. Well done!

What do people have against kneading dough? Why does RUclips treat kneading as a horrible activity to be avoided at all costs? This person has her hands all over the dough, and is getting flour all over the counter, so I don’t understand how this is superior to kneading.

Amazing recipe! Thanks a lot!
made these last weekend and they were awesome!

This is a very good idea. I just had to laugh at your wording: 2 *pcs* ripe banana. [Pieces?] You mean, *whole bananas* but it's cool. Good recipe!
Made these a few months ago. So good. About to make them today for Thanksgiving ❤

Please consider 1 tbsp of applesauce, a pinch of Ginger and a pinch of cinnamon or allspice

Do i have to bake this bread for 22 minutes or 13 minutes. Do i have to keep the dough to rise for 1 hour first and then again for 50 minutes. Long time! Terry from Canada
Very good 👍
Looks made easy, I will try to make it.
I am wondering if this could possibly work with a gluten-free flour?
Yummy , these rolls ❤️
Can we use baking soda instead of yeast?

Can I use all purpose instead of bread flour?
2:26 to not knead the dough (as title says), rename "kneading" into "deflating", genius! :D

I tried it , so good but why mine is not brown? It is still white
She basically is replacing eggs with bananas, which is good for vegans. However, it is a typical wheat bread recipe with bananas. I would have preferred a healthier alternative such as almond or coconut flour, which is what I will use myself. Still, the lesson here is that we can replace eggs with ripe bananas so that they don't go wasted and the resulting flour bread is tastier.
Can this bread be made with Whole grain spelt flour
Yes, you can.
😊
My daughter is allergic to bananas.
Can I use applesauce in place of bananas?
Yes, you can.😊

I usually make these same type of Banana rolls but I've added Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Vanilla to mine; very delicious!
Can you add brown sugar?
@@lonigirl8807
Yes, of course you can use brown sugar! You can also use honey or any other types of sweetener!
How much cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla, do you add? please
@@karenmccleve1443
I usually add 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla.
@@skinnydee1886 Thank you! Those will make it taste much better, I think.
I tried this recipe and it was so good. The rolls were soft and addicting especially when warm. I used salted butter because that’s what I had and I reduced the amount of salt to just a pinch instead of 0.25 tsp. The overall baking time was about 25 minutes at 340 degrees Fahrenheit in my oven. This is ideal to serve warm and will be a hit with your dinner guests.👍🏽
Yes. The time it took was 23 minutes for me, not 13 minutes, as mentioned in the video.
Is it ok to place all the bun in just one rectangular baking tray?
Did they taste a lot like bananas
I am wondering along with someone else, if these taste like bananas? Can someone please answer? Thanks.
@@feysonnysingh1060 Has anyone sifted the flour and if so, does it make them fluffier? I am anxious to try.
Tried this yesterday for dinner as I had overripe 8 bananas that were on the verge of spoilage. I quadrupled the recipe just to get rid of them all.
They were baked in a long, rectangular foil pan
My! My!! My!!!

From Puerto Rico.
Early this morning I saw some bananas in the freezer.
It's a coincidence that your video appeared on my TV today.
It was meant to be.
Tomorrow morning early, before it gets hot, I'm going to make these rolls.
I'll be using coconut milk.
Hubby watched this video with me.
He loves when I make bread and he already is smacking his lips.
Thank you for your recipe.
Beautiful days, always...
How did it turn out with the coconut milk? I’d like to try it also.
@@claudiaaustria1951 I've been using coconut milk for years. Always unsweetened. I use the kind in the containers, which have thinner more watery coconut milk, for all cooking and baking casseroles, and for making bread and cake. I get the SO Delicious Dairy Free Organic containers from the supermarket, or health food store, or Costco. Every time a recipe calls for milk, I use the SO coconut milk. If I make a Thai type of dish I use coconut unsweetened milk in cans which is much thicker and has a stronger coconut flavor. All recipes are perfect with coconut milk. I have not had cow milk in 30 years. I lost all interest in cow milk when an activist friend informed me about the medications and puss in it. Every time the FDA sees more puss, the FDA increases the allowable puss in cow milk. Poor cows, poor me. Beautiful days, Claudia, always... PS: the SO coconut milk does not impart a coconut flavor, and the milk in the container does not smell coconut-ey.
@10 🎶The Artist🎶 The rolls were absolutely delicious. I have not purchased animal milk since 1990. For over a decade, I use the SO unsweetened coconut milk that comes in a container in place of any recipe's milk ingredient. It does not have any coconut flavor to it. I use Thai unsweetened Coconut Milk in a can, which HAS a coconut flavor for cooking Asian foods where a coconut flavor is an enhancement. That SO unsweetened coconut milk is a staple in my kitchen, it has its own shelf in a cabinet, and is perfect in everything I cook, especially those recipes for creamy tomato pasta sauce: tomatoes, crushed red pepper, unsweetened coconut milk, etcetera, etcetera. Happy cooking and Beautiful days to you, always...
Hi Valeree,
That's a good idea to use unsweetened Coconut milk in recipes.
I will definitely try this. ....
P.s - That's a very unique way of spelling Valeree.
> In all my years, I've never seen it spelt that way. 👍
My name is also Valerie. But as you can see,
- mine is spelt with 'ie' at the end,
- instead of 'ee' .
I suppose it's pronounced exactly the same way. 😊
I just thought this was interesting.
Thank you 😊
I made my first batch yesterday. Thanks-this recipe is amazing. I've never been successful with yeast baking. It's easy, delicious, fast (2 hour total rise time). My family gobbled them up. I had to make another batch immediately. I have an electric oven, 30 minutes at 180°c (350°F). Perfect golden brown.
Did you use bread flour or multipurpose flour?
Thank you for telling the total rise time! Definitely going to make this.
were they sweet?
@Jesus has given you all. Repent or die. Lucifer is the light bearer. Don’t believe me? Google it!
@@matdeplam I used multipurpose flour. I've also used unbleached & wheat flour. The wheat is a lot more dense, but still soft.
Looking forward to making this for my family. I think I will add some cinnamon to the dry ingredients to give it a nice twist. And maybe some raisins. Hey! It's little 🇲🇹 Malta in the Mediterranean here, so we have to add something ! Well done!
This recipe is so good! I am addicted to these and I have to admit I made 5 more rolls in less than a week... the only thing I recommend is to sprinkle the top with powdered sugar and it is life changing. Overall, one of my favorite deserts EVER!
“No knead!” …… then they literally spend 5 minutes kneading the dough.
When? I saw maybe 10 seconds of them shaping the dough into a loaf, and that was the closest they came to kneading the whole video.
@ceelilly you’re overreacting it wasn’t 5 minutes
Bro you are so dramatic...God

What size dish?
were they sweet? I don't like sweet rolls so I'm a little scared to try these but love the idea lol
This looks amazing! I'm from America and I love that there is no sugar in this bread, that it is naturally sweetened with the banana. I'll be trying this soon with my next ripe bananas. Thank you and great luck with your channel!
Most bread doesn't have sugar...be worried about the yeast...not sugar
@@Angelface11 Yeast is not as bad as processed sugar. Sugar causes AND feeds cancers.
if you diabetic the fact that theres no sugar in does not help flour is carbs and turn into sugar naturally in the body

I feed my aloe plant the banana peeling. Keeps the looking a beautiful green.
I do the exact same, but this time I have 2 ripe bananas I’d like to try the bread this time ☺️
How do you treat the banana peel to make Aloe food? Do you blend it?
I made this recipe today! It is wonderful. Per my dietary requirements (pbwf), I had to do a few substitutions:
-whole wheat flour instead of white/bread flour
-flaxseed oil instead of melted butter
-extra pinch of salt
-coconut milk instead of cow
-since i used whole wheat flour, for every cup of flour I added 2 teaspoons extra liquid. Therefore, I added 4 extra teaspoons of coconut milk. So total liquid, 7 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of coconut milk.
Thank you for this recipe!
Just made these tonight....omg...so good, will be a regular in this house!! I ate 3 right out of the oven!!!😋 Truly fantastic recipe🥰Thank you! Definitely will share!!!!
Did you taste the banana?
Did you use bread flour or multipurpose flour?
It looks good and I'm immediately drawn to the idea because I love fruit. If I were to try this I'd have to add raisins and currants. One question: would it work if I substituted olive spread for butter in the dough mix?

So simple, that I could never imagine.I am going to try this this weekend. May I add kishmish(black currants) or small pcs of walnuts to dough before baking?

Does it taste like classic banana bread??
And when do use the olive oil??
@@MKD-dd6ng - was wondering the same.
@@missymama6492 Add the olive oil after the milk or any time before you start stirring the mixture into a sticky dough. The original recipe asks for 2 tbsp butter, which is equivalent to 1 1/2 tbsp oil. But I added an extra 1/2 tbsp. Actually, pastry made from OIL dough stays moist and tender much longer.
