i did a clean up of the game, reinstalled it and then installed the mod but it crashes just after starting it up is there an update or is something missing?
that i am unsure off . go onto modlib to check if there is a different link to what i have give install should be the same . if not there should be a link to their discord should have answers on there .Hope this helps

@@Moon99777 I am not sure what is going on . Without seeing how the install is going its hard to say it should be a straight forward process as it install the mod for you . Maybe on or 2 of the files are not going through due to firewall etc . when you are downloading a security shield should pop up , it did on mine at the bottom bar where the time and date is . and I had to allow certain files to come through as the fire wall stopped it .It will just say are you sure you want to allow these files to be installed, in this case you say yes.

basically in the download folder that name of it is Empire at war is the base game and another file with same name with mod, u got to get rid of the stuff in the in the first file and put stuff from the second file into the first

Somehow in order to download a total of 53GB I need over 100 GB free. Great. Fucking wonderful.
I installed and ran the game.
The background screen is blue. The background of the two men does not appear.....
Have you installed any other mods before the install ? If so there might a file still installed somewhere . That's causing conflict .
@@KeepitFrosty1 I have the same problem but I didn't install any mod, and I made sure it's a clean installation. I don't know what can be
@@sadofsad1451 I would go through everything and make sure everything is deleted and see if the game runs then after fresh install . The vanilla game. make sure your fire wall isn't stopping anything coming through. It sounds like either a file is missing or your pc is stopping a file or 2 coming through . Hope this helps .
@@KeepitFrosty1 I didn't have any warning from Firewall or similar. Vanilla works perfect (it's steam original version). I'll try reinstalling it with my protection off, just to see
Also, I'm installing the UPDATE too, I don't know if that changes
the installer deletes the empire folder on steam and then comes up with insert disk 1...

Just installed the mod works great but was just wondering in my game it does no longer have the additional settlements in North America and upper Russia like in the old version. Have they been removed or is there a way of getting them back in?

I have a different cover screen on 4.4? Is that normal? Mine is installed on the D: drive as my C: is out of space.
I have only ever used DarthMod for this game... Besides the base Empire II Mod, which I downloaded and it's working, how to I get the 40 unit armies and reworked economics?
To get the 40 units etc you need to change a few setting cant really explain on here but it isn't difficult. Sure there is a video out there somewhere lol or check on the discord for the mod they should have all the info on there . Sorry couldn't be more helpful.

Hey my I ask if you would considering doing a naval battle tips/tricks/guide for us that comes from other games and only realy used to ramming shit :D In Rome 2 dei etc :D hehe
Hey , well to be honest bro i not a fan of naval battles , and your most probably better than me lol i will take a look though and see if there is something i may be able to sort .

my game stops when i in the sega skreen anyone know why ?
make sure yo have allowed all the files to come through as the antivirus will try and stop it . You should have a pop up saying" are you sure you want to allow" and make sure you have done a clean uninstall and reinstall of the game ,
I did
@@KeepitFrosty1 I also crash just before the SEGA screen. Get that legal stuff screen then it just CTD. Installed it exactly as you did, after completely removing and reinstalling Empire itself, and the CA files in appdata. Dont know what Im doing wrong :/
