- We're kicking off our 2023 season down in Tempe AZ with Riverbound Kayaks. The spring here in CA has been super wet and cold so we decided to head to the South West to enjoy some sunshine and get some much needed paddling in. We connected with Riverbound Sports in Tempe AZ to host a demo day for Eddyline and Stellar Kayaks and while we were there we got to lay eyes on the brand spankin new Eddyline C-10! It was fun to put a few people in it and watch their faces light up. It's crazy light, portable and comfy. I think it makes a really nice addition to their line of kayaks.

Thanks Dan, another great review 👊😎

Why did Eddyline decide to discontinue the 10.9 in favor of this size? Most all the kayak companies have a 10.5-11' size sit on top to offer.
The 10 foot nine and they had was not that stable. They pulled it off the market and redesigned.
BUMMER DAN just moved to phx. will keep eyes open next time your in town we are looking at some yaks and will check out riverbound!
I get down there a couple times per year. Let’s meet up next time I’m in the area.
Just bought one. I'm 5' 3" 120 lbs and it is PERFECT. Love it.
Right on I’m glad to hear it. The Caribbean 10 has been a huge hit!
Does the kayak material hold up well bumping into rocks and docks?
It does great. Our friends at the Lodi Boathouse use them in their premium rental fleet. They go out 500+ times a year off of a dock.
Hi, first, I appreciate all your videos for several years. I have had a sit on kayak that was stolen a few years ago. But, now I would like to purchase a sit in kayak. Either a Pungo Wilderness 120 or an Eddyline Skylark or Rio. I just want to recreate on lakes and I'm 5" 10" and 165 pounds. Recommend one over the other? Oh, I plan to transport by truck bed if that makes any difference. Thanks!
I’d go for a skylark if I was in your shoes. Still has a nice open cockpit for your size, but paddles faster than a Pungo.
@@HeadwatersKayak Thank you! I appreciate your knowledge and experience.
Is the Caribbean 10ft good in choppy bay water?
No not at all. Longer is far better in choppy water. Caribbean 14 is a better choice.
I want to get this boat, where can I buy it? Thank you
If you’re looking to have it shipped I’d check with REI or Headwaters Adventure in Redding, those are the two places who ship it. Otherwise find your local eddyline dealer via the dealer locator on Eddyline.com
Sizing info was invaluable ! thanks !!
Glad it was helpful!
@@HeadwatersKayak if I am 6' 2", 225 LBS , 36 inseam... and prioritize tracking and speed what would you recommend ?
