- Holy moly guys, we are starting off the year with some heavy downpours which I won’t complain because we need it. It is however interesting how we get these gully washers the day after Christmas. There are strange things going on which I will not discuss in this video, but there are more to come.

Wow!!! Sure wish far west Texas would get some of that rain. Here on our little homestead we have received 2 inches of rain in the last year. Yes you read that correctly, for the past 14 months we have received 2 inches of rain. It’s hard to grow gardens without water. Y’all stay safe 🙏

Just watched Ryan Hall. Small hatched area for possible tornado this evening. Not sure exactly where you are, tho. Be safe, and I'm saying a prayer for all of you down there.
Yes thT hatched area was my area of SeTx there was tornados spinning up everywhere...thankfully nobody was hurt.

Hey Jill, I got stuck driving in that stuff this morning. It wasn't that bad when I had to drive to downtown Ft Worth, for hubs dr appointment. But, it started picking up by the time we got back to the truck. Then had to drive to Crowley in it, to take care of some stuff. I was so glad to get back home, as I was the one driving.
Wow! We had rain all day yesterday here in south Louisiana. I guess your storms will be moving our way next. Hope all is well with you and yours!
Harold Taft, DFW's "Worlds Greatest Weatherman", always said a drought will always end with a flood. Stay safe!
We need a rain like that in Wyoming. We're in a severe drought here, only got 2/3 the normal moisture for the year.

Hi from Tyler again. We keep getting cloud bursts of downpours. We should be getting our next wave in the hour after it passes you. It looks like our prayers are needed south of us.
It’s here crazy how dark it gets.
We were blessed to receive some of that rain. There was pea to nickel sized hail along with it that lasted about 1-2 minutes. So glad it wasn’t destructive to our broccoli 😮
It must be good that at least you are getting rain. And not much wind. So praise the Lord.
Send some of that rain down here to Canyon lake area. We really need it.

We got a gully washer this morning as well in Dallas. It was a good Day to sleep in.
We still have puddles in the backyard here in east Texas but more rain coming all day yesterday too be safe Jill and family❤❤
Wow. Nope.. not normal. Flooding the winter gardens again. I couldnt help notice it will hit that 'planned' nichols resavoir area as well. Its almost here. Playing this video my dogs looked outside thinking it was already raining. Lol❤😂

Loving that liquid sunshine! I want to complain that we have had very little, even hardly enough to mention, since Milton. However, I keep reminding myself that their is still holes in the roof and this dry is helping keep things from possibly getting worse. My neighbor finally got her new roof on Friday, so it's NICE to see that blue tarp is gone. NOW, we just need to get our stuff going so that we can finally get our walls and ceilings back up and this storm can FINALLY be put behind us! 😊

Yeah. About an hour ago got heavy rain and hail for about five minutes then just sprinkles North of Palestine.
I agree this is not normal.
