you can run earthen Bulwark with the symbiotic aspect and NAtures Fury instead of the Werewolf key passive. totally viable! I did so before I ran this variant. put symbiotic on boots and your fine

Single Target its rough, you need a high enough Crit Chance to proc your spirit regain. I have around ~40% base and then with Poison Creeper and Ravens it goes up. you can slot in the +crit chance from the seneschal too

around 20 Runs, I guess I was lucky.
Malphas himself has a 0,5% dropchance. after that you can open two chests with each having a 3% drop chance.
