In this video I talk about how powerful are hunters. Covering the more interesting hunter races, the 3 hunter specializations (Beast mastery, marksmanship, and survival). After that, I go through their abilities and I compare them to the rest of the classes. Feel free to leave your thoughts below on how powerful you think the hunters are.

To this day, whenever I think of a Hunter, I think of a Dwarf with a Bear pet. (Vanilla cinematic) lol.
actually hunters use magic to a certain degree, hunters can enchant their arrows or bullets with arcane magic
Some Hunters, not all.
Mm.
Sounds like the Farstriders would do that.
They use nature magic as well.
I just like to pretend that they’ve been gifted their enchanted arrows by mage companions. Hunter’s using magic seems terribly wrong lmao
My first character was a pandaren hunter and shes my favourite character has always been my main, I would have never thought she'd mean so much to me. When i'm older I want to help alongside animals so i picked Beast Mastery as i thought it suited me the most in real life, because of this and my love for my pandaren, the hunter class is my absolute favourite class and even if we're the memey and "newbie" clas and we're not that strong, it will always be my favourite no matter what :)
Great to hear that. For me, having a strong attachment to a class and most importantly, the character was the most important thing in WoW. 12 years ago, when i started playing WoW, my first char was a hunter as well and although he is long gone now, the adventure of running, exploring and taming all over Azeroth is the best of my memories.
Same reason I picked and stayed with BM when I started way back when. Still my main and my WoW friends thought it was weird the one time I tried MM on that toon because I've always been BM. It saddens me how much hate hunters get because of idiots.
That's a really awesome reason to pick a class(spec) especially in WoW nowadays I feel, where some specs are much stronger than others, and the typically elitest trying to tell you what to play. Actually makes me kinda miss Vanilla, BC days, hehe.
Thank you for all of the nice stories, I'm glad there's nice people like you guys which know the huntardy pain, even though I never played back in the good old days I would like to see what is was like for hunters, even if I can't be my pandaren it would be nice to still try out one when vanilla is running again :)
I have an alt beast master hunter. I love having two pets at once. I main an unholy death knight. The lore, power and the fact that death knights are immune to old God corruption is pretty badass. Plus wearing armor made from the blood of an old God is pretty cool.
i am a survivalist hunter i have sharp stick fear my stick
Vodka Wolverine sharp sticks really do hurt
I think you really devalue the strength that animals possess. While Hunter pets aren't super strong in game, a Bear, Jaguar, or Giant Spider prepped and trained for war and obedience would be capable of taking out most classes just by itself. Jaguars for instance have an insane amount of killing power with their bite, capable of crushing a crocodile's skull and piercing their brain. And even if they can't break through plate armor, they are still one hell of a distraction for the equally deadly Hunter to take advantage of.
Hunters don't have a lot of raw power when compared to Death Knights or Demon Hunters, but they are sort of like Batman meets Les Hiddins. They are prepped and ready to handle a wide variety of situations at any given moment, they aren't afraid to use everything to their advantage, they aren't ashamed of using ambushes or guerrilla tactics, and won't be halted by any Sandstorm, Blizzard, or Poisonous Bog. They utilize traps, poisons, rare and deadly beasts, grenades, and even a fair amount of magic. They never leave a weapon or tool to gain dust on the table (unless it's the Survival Artifact D: )
They are basically Rogues with Two Handers and Guns but rely less on the Ambush in and of itself and with their traps and poisons, they always have some form of advantage to tip the scales and show great respect and care when going up against something bigger and badder than themselves.
Reminds me of the Vanilla cinematic where the Dwarf hunter's bear is going toe to toe with the Tauren Shammy haha.
I *fel* in love with hunters after seeing Warlord of Draenor cinematic. I mean there were no hunters there, but the way how Garrosh and Grommash took down Gul'dan little project and killed Mannoroth just screams "HUNTER" to me, in terps of spirit i mean.
Like here they are, strong compared to most orcs, but still just orcs, mortals, no magic, no alchemy, no shit like this, just brains and brawns. Mortals with a cunning mind and acknowledgment of theirs own fragality and weakness, but they draw strength from it, because everyone who has a signifcat advantages often has a poor judgment of their enemies powers/skills/capabilities/etc.. Mannoroth underestimated orcs (while being overconfident himself) and discarded them as having any threat to him and got killed for it.
i was a proud huntard once and i loved it
I think you are not accounting the fact that arrow unlike bullets can be enchanted, different pets mean different advantages, I would have liked to see a hunter with a felhound as a pet :D
I kind of did but I couldn't keep it all in the video. I try to keep this simplified as possible as really looking at all the factors it could be a 30 minute video. The races themselves are advantages, pet size, bow/gun power, poisons. There's generally a million things to consider but not enough time to cover it.
True. the thing about hunters is that they are one of the most versatile classes, they have arcane spells (arcane arrow - volley formerly), fire spells, shadow spells (black arrow, which on it own has proved really powerful for Sylvanas), frost spells, nature magic -healing-, etc. They are a class that mixes magic, nature knowledge and combat knowledge, quite much making them able to learn from any of the other crafts, just as Alleria did learn to shoot holy arrows and then void arrows, Tyrande has her own stuff, and the Dark Rangers are quite impressive, since instead of using pets they decided to control other sapient enemies. They are more about strategy and set ups, but normally in the RPG they can't build a set up against a target, and much less against a damn stealth rogue, I hate those bastards.
In the end, most heroes we got to see in WC3 that were wearing a bow did more than that, they were mixed with other classes because in the end hunters get allong with it.
+Daniel Coronado
A lot of people don't like low lvl bracket PvP, but if you want to feel godly, make a lvl 20-29 Surv hunter. Don't even have to twink it out to get fast kills. And at that low lvl, as long as you're on your shit and killing people, you're almost invincible due to healing after killing an enemy lol. You know, it's just something fun to do hehe.
I had a specific Spirit Beast as a pet; cant remember it's proper name but it was the panther looking beast that would spawn at night in the... AAHHGG... some ruins that I can't remember the names of either
Anyway, besides having higher than average stats in everything, it didn't have any useful skills... that's what matters the most for pets
I think the strenght of a hunter comes on the surprice factor. If a hunter and any other class fights in the middle of a prairie, the hunter will lose almost 100% of the time. But if they fight in a jungle, forest, or any place like that most classes won't even know what killed them.
Nicolás Girardi really? Most class can destroy a jungle like nothing . Shamans, druids is 1 with the nature. Mages.warlock can just summon meteors. Plus not all hunters use the nature for adva.
+Viktorasgr Viktoras
His point is steath and good tactics make a big difference with Hunters, specifically ranged, and that's true lore wise and PvP wise lol.
Yep, only ones are rogues or a preplanned shield, if talking realistic or whatever i think
Why should they randomly destroy a jungle if they do not know the hunter is there?
Finally! Another one of these. Absolutely love them
Thanks. :)
I think hunters are definitely strong against casters cuz they can use arcane magic to enchant their arrows and bullets. How can u cast a spell when ur head is missing? :) hunter main here sense wow tbc
Even though Rexxar is beastmaster, but he is survival hunter and I'm glad cause I love my gun :>
Nice video. I would like to have my opinion. I find Hunters have a great advantage over cloth casters, they are designed to kill them in many aspects. So for the Hunters vs Heavy Melee classes like the Warrior, the Hunter is put to a big disadvantage due to the armour which will absorb majority of Hunter attacks. Hunters main weakness is physical combatants and they rely on doing physical damage so anything heavily armoured wont be affected by Hunters as much where as for Casters, Hunters do there most damage without the issues of chasing Casters down due to there long range attacks.
Nathanos is sylvanas’s pet
As hunter's will always be one of my top 4 or 5 classes to play this was neat to hear and see. Thanks :)
Hunters do have arcane arrows which could aid them in punching through magic barriers.
@Doronsmovies you could have taken the special abilitys of the pets the hunters use have in considedation :)
I have two questions first...Mages can create barriers too *coughs* abjuration like priests, and those shield varies too...Secondly, druid forms are not normal beasts according to my knowledge i may be wrong on this but druids of the claw fought demons too back in warcraft three, like fur and claw against literal demons with weapons..So i doubt we should see a druid's form as a regular bear.
Seriously how do you still not have 100K Subs. I freaking love these videos and they're so well edited.
Thanks, appreciate it. Tbh I blame myself, I've been slacking for a big part of this year.
+Doronsmovies
Don't blame yourself, I for one think you make quality videos at a good pace. 😊
Hey, thanks! I actually went looking for this a few days ago because I couldn't remember seeing it and was disappointed that you hadn't done it yet.
Lol uploaded this about a few days ago as well, just released it now.
Low? No way. You forgot alot of details regarding to hunters kit. Lorewise AND gamewise they can adapt almost any combat situation. + another fun fact regarding lore hunters, alleria windrunner just became one of the first, besides shadow priests, to absorb and make use of void magic without losing control. An actual void hunter id say. + uve got shadow hunters. And all in all both gameplay/lorewise hunters are very much tied to magic. Bm artifact is a damn titan relic, and accompained by a lightning wolf. Survival is a wild god empowered spear. And mm artifact is an ancient elven bow empowered with the arcane and crafted from an ancient world tree if im correct. So no, they are more likely to be medium to high.
Some hunters can learn magic and use the arcane to empower their shots. They have for example an ability called Arcane shot.
Lore-wise guns are still an early invention, its fun to think about how they could evolve, considering there's many exotic materials that are far stronger than any steel and also exotic chemicals mixed with magic could potentially make for some very high powered guns with even higher powered rounds.
Just imagine a giant Tauren wielding a full auto gun as powerful as a canon due to the strength of the material the gun is made of, the explosive power of some exotic catridge mixed with an explosive tip or some magically enchanted bullet that could freeze or cast black magic on the enemy.
Considering the highest confirmed kill in the real world is 3500 meters with a sniper rifle, imagine how much more powerful wow guns could be,meaning that engagement distances of 500 meters would be a breeze, mixed with the sheer power of a gun i think most classes would be rendered useless in the future. Just imagine a Death Knight running at a Hunter and he casually shoots 4-5 fast shots that completely blow up him up into million pieces.
I’d actually argue hunters have a massive leg up on casters, because hunters can silence casters, but casters cant silence them. Hunters also have a lot more movement options, and a fair amount of armor, so casters would have a difficult time hitting them. Not to mention: is it really that easy to cast a spell with a wolf biting your leg or thrashing your face? They would have to deal with the pet while the hunter has free range on them.
and if their pet is a bird or something that can go for the eyes they are done for
The strongest hunters in wow, as confirmed in Legion, are mostly spies and wardens. Loved that alot
While some hunters do have spells, it depends on the person/race like you said.
Someone like Rexxar or Psycho Sylvy would have an advantage over a lot of characters.
You forgot to mention their amazing ability to troll entire raids with aspect of the pack and their pet taunt.
Aspect of the pack isn't a thing anymore it was turned into Aspect of the Cheetah which is a 10 second speed buff to the Hunter only.
I factor such as traps could also play part in preparation as mages have times they might also have this edge but against demon hunters and other gap closers hunters can easily prepare for such events as their whole class is about getting the drop on your prey
Hunters in wow classic are rogues pain in the ass lol source: me.
what about enchanted shots, like "arcane arrow" that we have in a game. That that mean that some hunters have profficiency in fel/arcane/nature magic?
Plus they can make trap where snakes pop out and attack, they can tame Beasts from Boars to Rylaks, we are crazy shoots/spears/axes, I play BM and I love my gun
plus they have this magical ability to turn any gear in to hunter gear
It's like they're a jack of all trades. Different types of magic, can be ranged or melee, and has slight healing effects.
If you can use explosives it does not make you being a dynamite yourself.
It's various i think, but i lean to the idea that they just use enchanted ammo. Like warriors who can wear magically enchanted plate forged from scales of dragon and shit like that. It's an just equipment.
It does not mean that they don't use magic though, like some basic nature magic spells.
One common heinous misconception about the term Ranger... Rangers do not necessarily denote archery... But instead are probably the earliest kind of special forces in history(and wow lore reflects that with farstriders). A ranger is someone who specializes in asymmetrical warfare , who is in fact probably armed with bow and weapon. They represent elite light infantry( and counter intuitive to the name LIGHT infantry is often much more heavily armed than regular infantry, since the "Light" part refers to their ability to travel and operate in smaller faster and more mobile units, in no small part afforded to them by their heavy armament)
Medium to low range, Hunters topping DPS meters since 2004
fila365 this is a lore video tho
Hunters are actually the most powerful class.
Because it's hard to dodge an arrow being shot from hundreds of feet away in an assassination attempt!
It's actually painfully easy. At hundreds of feet, even the slightest movement would fumble the shot.
Gotul, Well... add their traps, beasts, venoms, etc., they very well could be the most powerful class. Farstriders are extremely good at ambushing their prey, as are Head Hunter Trolls. It would be best to use a bow and arrow for the quietness of it.
*Ice Block intensifies* 🐸☕
No offense but think a doorman minding his business shield at his back and an arrow is shit but u know it hits the shield and he's like hey did u hear that?true an enchanted arrow like sylvanus's will have impact but otherwise it won't and even that can't help in taking out a lights shield a D basically thier over dependence on beasts could be thier downfall.even without beasts hunters are not powerful enough to escape when they r the prey.rexxar like beast masters are good and almost unstoppable in these cases as he kills even admiral daelin proud more but fairly he camt stand up to the right .agic users unless supported.
Nah
Im not sure about survival hunters being just simply weaker warriors with pet companions. Looking at the abilities like throwing axes, grappling hook, placing traps and camouflage, for me they seem a bit of a mix of hunter, warrior, and rogue.
I personally imagine them as guerrilla fighters, attacking from the shadows of the wilderness, and similarly to a rogue, having a high advantage if not noticed and being one step further but also having a disadvantage if noticed.
But thats just my opinion, great video as always Doron, keep it up!
I imagine any Beast mastery Hunter with core hounds or devilsaurs or some shit would be pretty fucking terrifying to face
RandomPerson yeah, imagine if you are anything, and from nowhere there are arows flying and thokk the bloodthirsty charging at you.
nikola prcic And lore wise pretty sure they don't shrink when tamed so your not facing a raptor sized devilsaur it's one big enough to eat most creature's in one bite
ICYMI the forsaken with the brown mouth-area is Blightcaller's original model - back when he was just getting into dabbling with mass-murdering raids.
"a druid can turn into a beast" then the hunter use scare beast. I miss that
I alway imagine, that warriorrs, rogues, and hunters, and all the fighter classes, are use magic, but for creating fireballs, or frost rings, or thunder bolt like the other classic magician classes. In my opinion the fighter classes use magic to increase their physical powers, such as warriors increase their strenght, to be able to jump higher, hit harder, like garrosh did in every fighting cinematic he has, or other warriors who has fighting scene. Rogues, using the magic to be in stealth, reduce fall damage, attack fast, or jump high. Hunter can also use these abilities, depend on the situations. In lore there are no class, any indivudual can learn different type of magics, and can combinate them. They dont have to stick to the class specalizations and spells. Hunters also has arcane shot as spell, and frost trap, however these are a game mechanic abilities, but they can be lore abilities too. Such as magic ammo, or enchanted equiment, for stronger ressistence, agains anything, such as classic magic attack, like fireball. So there is lot of way to use magic in the lore. Good example for this the artifact weapons, in legion, all of the artifacts has magis power, no matter which class has it.
There's literally no lore supporting what you're saying, these classes don't utilize magic how you picture it, except for superhuman strength warriors aren't magical, sure they can enchant but they won't use infuse their bodies with magic
Only catch for me would have to be the vast power differences between possible pets, like Iron Qon from ToT. Also how powerful are the spirit beast lore wise if anyone knows?
Before Blizzard nerfed Stampede, hunters were the most powerful class.
Bow&Arrow dual-wielding axes Mag'Har survival hunter from the Frostwolf Clan. The superior hunter experience.
Blizzard should bring back old-school ranged/melee hybrid hunter. It doesn't make sense that the hunter uses range even when the enemy is within 1cm near them. Immersion is more important than gameplay optimization.
Hi..
I have a question..
When the horde take over The night elves land how the alliance will be able to go to The Exodar? because going through portals only doesn't make much sense tbh..
Thanks for the video!
You heard it here first. Doron knows size matters.
I should correct you about paladins and priests, we see that Light does have a strong effect even against the living ! A well placed Judgement/Exorcism might turn the hunter into easy prey! And so does Holy shock, Fires from Heavens, or Mind Blast !
Does anyone else miss the funny old subtitles that didn't always match?
Lol it's because before I forgot to turn off the automatic ones, so it would mix them for people.
Hunters are the most powerful, because a bullet is faster than a spell, or demon hunters and monks jumping around.
Nah
Great video as always but think monks are undervalued again. The are very fast like DH and I think they could easily dodge the hunters shots and quickly close the distance.
Learn how to imbue bullets with magic and you are pretty much top tier in wow lol. imagine exploding bullets being shot by a sniper from 500 meters away, not much you can do as any other class
Priest shield and Paly shield, but then they'd just have to find the Hunter haha. And Palys shield has way to long of a CD 😂
Yeah but if they don't have the shield up ;P
+Lost Marimo
Haha, very true, I suppose they wouldn't know to put up the shield, check mate, haha.
However, I will say, I travel everywhere with my shield up as a Priest haha 😂
Been waiting for this one
Hunters also use explosives, which can destructible as the most powerful mage
You absolutely forget that Devilsaurs are a thing ;) who needs spells and shape shifting when you have a Rex on your side.
Warlocks can summon a literal army of demons as bullet shields and they are infused with fel, this is proven by the fel bound talent in all their trees giveing them a shield sooooo army of demon or imps and just watch them mow down the hunter
Remember to set it to 1.25 for normal talk speed ;)
Hey Doron, Question: Will you be making new 'how to RP' races for the new allied races coming in Battle for Azeroth?
I remember the days when hunters were actually fun and worth something, with pets being unique in abilities.
Pets had their own skilltree and training with levels, as did you. Their was a point where (I think it was frostwolves) were extremely popular because they could run as fast as mounts.
Now all pets are the same and learn, like, 3 set skills. Hunters are definitely significantly weaker
I always wondered how powerful hunters are in the lore
My personal tier list wich I think is true :
1. Demon Hunters, they can wipe the floor with every class lorewise. They use Fel Magic, they are agile, they were trained to kill demons.
2. Death Knights, before die they where warriors fighting the Scourge, can't feel pain, they are undead, but not just corpses, they can summon armies of zombies and undead creatures. They use shadow and blood magic, they use powerful rune weapons, so they can easlly wipe out the floor with most classes lorewise.
3. Paladin, a warrior with Holy Power, and for me Holy Magic seems the most powerful of all magics.
4. Warlocks, well mages that uses Fel Magic instead of Arcane Magic, and yea, can summon armies of demons/minions.
5. Mages, depends, since much more you study and practice more powerful you get, an experienced mage lorewise is powerful. 6. Priest a downgrade of a Paladin but still very powerful since can wield Shadow Magic and Holy Magic at once.
7. Druids, they use Nature and Arcane magic, how can they not be powerful.
8. Shamans, a very big downgrade of mages, yes they are melee warriors too, loot more powerful than others not magic melee classes.
9. Monks, yea, they are kinda agile and quick, they hit hard, but not enough to kill a Death Knight or a Mage, what can you do with your legs and fists vs Shadow/Holy/Arcane/Fel magic.
10. Warriors, yea, folks than spended their lifes master in combat with weapons, no magic, nothing more than him and his sword/axe/mace etc. Not very powerful to me.
11. Hunters, they are agile, they uses ranged and melee weapons and they have a special connection with the nature, they uses beasts in combat still nothing magic here. Well their power depends on the beast they use too. For that I put them here.
12. Rogues, for me lorewise are the most weak class, they use a little bit of Shadow Magic, but they aren't so powerful, they are good spies, nothing more, yes yes, they have stealth and step out of the shadows trying to kill their enemies outside of that they can't do much, even to a Warrior. A proper Warrior knows how to deal with a stealthed enemy. About their poisons, they can't do much to someone like a Priest or a Shaman wich can cure himself or a Death Knight wich is undead.
Sorry for bad English ;)
Hey Doron can you make a lore about tichondrius?
Nice video doronsmovies!!! def agree with you on this one.
I appreciate the auto captions, but I don't need them friend. (: love the videos
You shouldn't really point out spells or abilities such as grip from DK and such in lore wise review. Rhonin in Day of the Dragon was casting a spell for few seconds and missed it, and almost died. Orc Warrior almost killed him, he survived barely. Uther and dozen of paladins destroy few thousand elite orc warriors etc. Lore wise and by the books its much slower pace than keyboard smashing.
A hunter's power comes from ambush, silent, long range shot, for example a MM-Hunter who shots a bullet from 200300+ metters will win, no one can expect that, + they can fire not just bullets, but explosive traps two :) yes, if the spellcasters are fully aware of the hunter location they can have an adventace because they can put a magic shiled to protect them, but if they are aware they are under attack but dont know where the hunter is that could be a big problem for them, all a hunter needs is a 5 to 10 cm enough space to fire there you have it, one shot one kill.
Same as heavy armor wearers, with shiled plate armor and shit... as for them will be a little more dificult, even if they know where the hunter is that could still be a problem when the hunter fires a barrage of bullets at him or fire some explosive traps that even his shiled and armor could not absorb the blast.
Forgot to say, this is for both Magic users and non-magic users, it depends also of what kind of projectile the hunter is fiering, because we see a lots of Gun models both in game and lore, if the bullet is a fucking 10 15 cm even a magic barrier or a Big-Ass shiled wont stop it. Plus don forget that we are in the Warcraft universe, bullets and arrows can be imbued with magic a good exmple are the Night/High/Blood Elves :b
4:50 he looks really sad... and tired.
That's my face when I haven't started my papers assigned a month ago and now it's due tomorrow...
finally ! i wos waiting for that so long
This is not only the list.
Can you do a versus: Broxigar Saurfang vs Arthas? Like for him to see it.
Arthas not Lich King or paladin? Broxigar stomps him. Athas Lich King? Arthas stomps hard.
What about Spirit Beasts? They are very different from regular beast.
If we’re going lore wise, then a bm hunter with a pet gorilla wins and beats any melee class since a gorilla is 15 times stronger than a person. Give that gorilla armor and a club and the bm hunter is unstoppable.
whynotpoki Dh, Dk
Hydra pets are pretty badass too, haha.
Or give the hunter a pet that feeds on mana and watch it destroy magic users
I have a gun, gun goes boom
I came here to see hunter jokes, I am pleased.
Very nice video
Hunters and Rogues are the strongest. I mean, a Rogue can appear in front of you and cut your throat. There goes down the Shaman, Mage, Priest, Warlock, Hunter, Demon Hunter (If they don't have their vision activated) and only DKs and Warriors with a chance to survive unless the Rogue is wearing the Sub. artifact weapon wich is said to cut through reality, in wich anyone ambushed by the Rogue is going to have the head off flying easily, Saronite armor or not.
Almost same with hunter if they track you from afar and put an arrow/bullet through your head.If you put them in an arena escenario though, Rogues and Hunters are having their main stuff disabled while other classes wouldn't be.
But i still think Hunters are capable, a bad matchup, against Cloth wearers especially Warlocks.
Hunters can tame loa and other celestial bosss from instance like this serpent. Pet like that can smash even paladin.
Didn't Sylvanas made a special kind of venom/arrow that could paralyze even dk aka Arthas?
Actually when you read books, hunters are killing mages, warlocks, shamans, gryphon's,hippogryph etc..
I agree 99%
I feel that people forget hunters “do” have magic
Arcane arrow- and based on your own videos arcane and fel are Maybe* the two most power raw magics .
Wouldn’t an arcane arrow do damage ( not talking about how week it is in the actual game lol)
An average Hunter may be Low, but their potential is definitely Medium, and with the right gear that they're better trained to use, a bit High. Sure, not anywhere default there though. But a Hunter that really knows how to Hunt and with the best gear ready to do so? Well I won't say godlike, but that's okay, because you can still snipe a god to death in this setting ;).
Your last sentence i think is what true power of the hunter would be,his range and ambush potential. You can't sniper someone with a fireball 2km away,it flies too slow and is too obvious, but a high powered gun, especially in wow universe where you have magic and exotic materials, could very well kill any other class just by blowing away half of their torso while they're just walking about.
Also bullets fly faster than the sound so unless there's some lore reason why some classes would sense a bullet flying toward them and still be fast enough to react to it i dont think anyone would be safe
Bm hunter with a spirit beast in tank mode xxx
Hunters are the most powerful because they have GUNS. Not the peashooters Rogues carry either, full on rifles, shotguns, sniper rifles, etc.
yeah he's severely underestimating how powerful firearms are lol, especially if you consider the existence of firearms literally made humans irl stop using plate armor because it was so ineffective. a big ass enchanted musket ball/slug/rifle round > any realistic amount of armor
@@whatashame.6319 I mean, there are SOME types of armor that would could make normal rounds not work, but since this is WoW, I highly doubt they've made it.
Powerful like anyone ever with a ranged weapon... that’s how
Back in my time we used to call them Huntards
You pretty much underestimate Warriors and overestimate magic in general.
druid can connect with hunter's beast
It really feels bad just to play a nature based hunter. MM should be a dark ranger or millitary archer. BM and survival should be one nature based spec and then you could have another spec, like bard healer, a tank (your pet, that could be fun) or implement the tinker class, so more like an engineer as third spec.
Why have 3 specs based around nature? That is so boring in a world full of magic and engineering...
Monks are pretty agile too not as much as demon hunters tho
Hunters are very powerful, they can roll and equip any gear.
anything but Plate armor
Rexxar is a survival hunter not BM.
If Legion is any indication, we aren't.
Hm strange, i have never seen a Gnome Hunter before.
have you seen a beast walking around town by itself? thats a gnome hunter
I know it’s 5 years too late but what is those shoulders at 2:31? Lol
Considering how innefective arrows historically were unles shot in crazy numbers... Hunters are probably the weakest class in the lore
Gotta love Huntards
very nicem, thanks
A ret pally will destroy any hunter, If both are around same ilvl.
Thats coming from a BM hunter myself which I've mained for years.
as a marksmanship hunter I've destroyed ret pallys many a time
cuz BM hunter is the worst spec for pvp just about lol
ur just bad lol
As a Rogue I destroyed hunters. Guess it depends on the player.
+bluewho 96
As a Marksman hunter myself, sometimes some player just get flustered in PvP and will mess up something, or try to "Disengage" away and get stuck on a fucking ant hill lol. But I love when you get it perfect and maintain good distance while your enemy keeps trying to catch up, haha.
basicaly lorewise hunters and warriors and maybe even monks since anyone can learn how to hit ppl with a sword, or a stick or how to aim a gun and since atleast lore wise hunters and warriors and i think monks dont use any magic basicaly anyone could be part of those classes
this could also include rogues depending of stealth is actual invisibility or just verry good 'sneaking' as invisibility could be magic based while just sneaking around could be learned
Hey doron! Fren! i'm here to say that monks are stronger than hunters and that's it, have a nice day fren.
but dorons, sylvanas almost murdered arthas. XD
6:51 pls name of that bow
wojownik9999 a. That model is from work, you can get it in off more but I can remember which boss
WoD,damn auto repair
I'm pretty sure some mages are capable of simply burning bullets, and arrows out of the air
I would say, an Arrow would be faster than a Mage could make their Spell.
A fire shield can be casted instantly.
that is implying mages have the reflexes to do so. They don't. Warriors, rogues, and monks are highly more likely to stop a bullet or an arrow compared to a mage lol. Mages are again a glass canon. The most powerful, but a simple hit can kill them. In this case arrows and bullets are faster than a warrior charging into combat.
Arrows probably but I doubt bullets. However they would definitely be able to raise a quick shield to block all of it.
Also a mage being able to somehow burn bullets or arrows is simply impossible. The amount of dedicated energy to destroy metal or wood is actually quite high. It is why a piece of wood can burn for over 20 minutes before it goes to ashes. And again fire is energy not a physical structure the wood or metal will go right through any flame. A frost mage however if they could make a solid ice wall would be beneficial. But mages have never produced an ice wall. To go into more detail most if not all of the mage fire spells are red. Which is the weakest flame, Pyroblast which is maybe the most powerful mage spell can maybe go max 1,500 degrees C. Which is nowhere to enough to instantly burn wood, never in the case of metal.
Survival hunters do some of the highest single and multi target dps in the game right now. They're both #6 I believe.
