in my case cmd closes instantly whn i observed carefully i got a message called the rollback of this device is greater than the conntected device

Eik baar mediatek mobile ki imei loss hogai to Imei or nvram ka issue hamesha at raheyga. Mairay mobile phones may aisa koi problem nahi hay, or agar nvram ka issue howa to mi logo screen par stuck raheyga

i did everything like you say. When i press flash_all is not doing anything. the cmd open and closes very very fast. You have any idea why?

Check the contents of the folder your are runnning flash_all from. Your folder should have at least the same files as that in the video.

@@techinfomania598 İ have redmi note 11 phone. i flashed Paranoid rom. i took a backup of my 186 applications by using Swift Backup program. when i tried to restore my backups i cant restore, because the program cant detect my local backups in my sd card. Swift Backup encrypts local data so we have to get it by the help of program... but in my case, i cant... my 3 years of application data has gone it seems... Help me brother, you are really talented i know you since you were using xiaomi mia3 phone... Help me.. please for sake of God.. :(
