  • A lot of people have supported me these last couple of weeks in the comment section. I appreciate this of course, although it was a bit surprising. Obviously, what I'm talking about is something that needs to be talked about.
However, most of those agreeing with me are also struggling with adopting my ideas, because they're simply not popular with management. In this video I explain how to fix that, and the solution is very simple:
    QUIT YOUR JOB!
Then become a lifestyle solo entrepreneur like me, at which point you can create software for clients who doesn't care about Scrum, Agile, OOP, TDD, CQRS, DDD, O/RM, Event sourcing, etc - And all these other rubbish technologies and processes.
The software development industry is suffering from a mass psychosis, and there's no reasons why you should suffer because of it. Pick up your potatoes and leave. Easy peasy ...

I'd love to have teamates like you someday - most guys are younger so they fall to this complexity fad bullshit, probably you seen how technology unraveled so all the bloat for you is clearly just bloat, not like for the younger generation who just got thrown into this matrix and had to accept it the way it is.

@@ainiro I used to work as freelancer on such platforms like Elance and Upwork. After significant period of delay at freelance, I decided to refresh my Upwork profile. Currenly I'm monitoring job opportunities mostly at Upwork. Still figuring out what I will do in the nearest time, I have no strict plan so far. 🙂
