Hey man I just want to say GOOD FOR YOU! As someone who followed the money and is now over 50, it caused me to leave my passions behind and now I deal with more job politics then anything cool. You have figured out a way to do both and that's amazing - congrats!
Well. I quit My 40+ hr/wk nice paying job, to take the plunge to work for Myself. 15+yrs later, I'm not a millionaire, but I'd never work for someone else again...good luck brother! Canada proud...
it makes sense, all those skills you have and confidence in your fabrication skills. i'd never guessed it came from building freaking space stuff, that's cool. all those skills will surely come in hand with this new endeavor.
You got this brother. I slowly quit my day job as a financial analyst and now own my own home repairs business. Love it! Stressful yes. But once you get the hang of lining up jobs/work and spacing it out where you're not completely under the gun at all times it's great
Congrats on making the jump and I'm sure it'll go great. I don't currently own a Miata but you're one of a handful of channels that have kept that flame burning for me and mean I'll certainly own another. As you say, it's a hell of a community and glad you'll be an even bigger part of it 👏
Congratulations man! You're visibly lit up with excitement and jitters and that's cool to see. I just bought an NA with a built motor gone wrong. Tearing it down I found the head is cracked at the port runners. Bad porting job is probably to blame. Thats how I stumbled on your engine build video and then immediately hit subscribe. You nailed it with that video and I'm glad that's brought changes to your life!
Glad to see you posting again! I ran into you at the Miata Reunion and we chatted a bit, I'll look forward to the stuff you're working on in the future!
Congratulations! You may not realize it, but you have a talent for being in front of the camera so don´t give up on your YT followers. I retired a few years ago and everyone always asks how I am doing without a place to go every day. LOL. Doing only what you love to do seems to be a foreign concept to them. Live the dream man.
Dude i am definitely gonna miss you !!!! I learned so much !!!!!! Jezz i gotta find another source that I don't really trust!!!! but thank you for being honest !!!!! takes brass BALLS NOWADAYS !!!!
I'm building a bp 1.8 I have all the wiring on the engine any idea where I can get the rest of the harness I need it's a 95 model. Your show is awesome we have a party every Friday night and have some beers😅

Thanks man! I know it won’t be all sunshine and rainbows, but I don’t want to regret not having tried it.
I’m a software engineer and feel exactly the same way. This is super inspiring. Hopefully I’ll run into you at the gap next year 🤘
I’ll be there!

It’s not about the money, I’m just looking forward to the flexibility of it all.

Much appreciated!
Stoked for you Steff!
Thanks!!
We need more NC content on YT, they have great power potential without going K or V8.
Agreed!
Man that’s crazy, who even does that?❤
Nobody in their right mind!
And thank you for the comment towards NC haters out there.
NC for life!
Only Stefans? coming soon
Now that you mention it…
