NPT 2021 Remix: 2000s Blue Screen

This video is the start of a new series called NPT or National Periodic Test Remix. As many of you know, the National EAS Test took place on August 11th. In this series we will be taking that event, but feature it on EAS screens that weren't broadcast on that date. We start with the mid 2000s blue EAS screen.
