- We went metal detecting a popular river while looking for lost treasure. This river is very popular. People go to it all the time for swimming, kayaking, and tubing. We found so many of the items that they lost in the river. We also were using the dive blue Nemo to scuba dive for some of the lost treasure as well. Hope you enjoy!

My awesome part is you too doing this together. One of my friends was metal detecting at the beaches and he has been get a lot of rings. Me I'm lucky to get a penny or a beer top. But I keep on trying. I have fun cleaning up trash to make it safe for families to have fun.

This was one of the most exciting and joyful hunts to watch. I would love to go river detecting... but no real rivers in Miami. I would go up north. Can you share any tips or pointers to a city gal?
Ahh thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it! It just depends on what you’re looking for in the rivers. If it’s older stuff then research the history of some of the cities that the rivers run through. If you find an old town the river might have some old relics or coins. If you’re looking for just anything you could find rivers that are very popular for swimming, tubing, or kayaking.
