I am watching every Lebanon vlog from start to finish. Being a Lebanese expat, I feel so nostalgic watching your videos. Thank you and hopefully you enjoyed our country
Hello, just wanted to say that it is not the only main cedar forest in Lebanon as Fouad said, nor the biggest. Check the Shouf cedar forest, it is the largest nature reserve in Lebanon. Both spots are beautiful and worth visitng. Enjoy your stay :)
Thank you for wonderful video! It is really interesting and useful! Plus motivate to travel! Cannot wait when all of us start travel again! Thank you for helping to promote tourism! love it so much
I was in Lebanon for one month mostly near the Qar'un lake in March 1983 . A very nice place especially in Winter time with nice snow. One year later I arrived back also for one month this time in Southern Lebanon. It was not very nice this time.
Wow! Beautiful place! Are you going to the highest point of a mountain called Qurnat as Sawda (3088 meters)? And when are you planning to go back to Beirut? When you are back in Beirut again, please be sure to visit an old Holiday Inn hotel building near the city center and see what it looks like when the civil war started in 1975 and ended in 1990. This old hotel is still standing there so you can make a video of it and post it here. Thank you
At 11:33 where the reservoir in the distance is, this is Yammoune... Did you try of their world famous hash? :D I guess you didn't go there, it's Hezbollah area..
waw I was looking for videos of foreigner visiting Lebanon to see what they find out and I found out you know better than me well I am quite a foreigner too but witth 5000 years old of Lebanese ancestry so a bit different... problem is I can go back to Lebanon onlhy whhen my dad dies so as not to be frustrated cause he doesn't want to visit his home town nabatieh any more with me
As you can see from his 2months experience, he only encountered 1sketchy individual while he was wondering poor streets. So, unless you are as risky(in terms of adventuring into the lives of random poor individuals) as this dude was, you are completely safe.
@@vaxton He said in the video that it was $60/hour. And for Lebanese people the $35/hour now is more expensive than the $60/hour then. $35 now is 700k L.L while 60$ before was 90k L. L, so comparing now and before, Lebanese pay an additional 610k L.L for a single hour of atv. 700k L.L which is an hour of atv today used to be 700÷90=around 8hours of atv before.
@@vaxton What's incredible is that for Lebanese, we have too pay way more money for things we could have done before at extremely lower prices. While for foreigners, they can come to Lebanon and feel like royalty.
Historically speaking. Jesus Christ never made it that far to Bcharrey. However He definitely has made it to Southern Lebanon like Cana as He did many miracles when He was on earth. Lebanon with its cedars is a biblical place, it has mentioned in the Bible several times specifying its gorgeous mountains and cedars. “The trees of the Lord are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon that He has planted,” Psalms 104:16 “King Solomon made himself a palanquin from the wood of Lebanon.” Songs 3:9
kiffik ?? sorry 3azzabnik merci ktir, how are you didn't understand the question, sorry for disturbing you. kellik zo2 mean you are full etc but it is a polite sentence
hello im from bcharre and i loved your videos they are great. But one thing i just wanted to point out when you talked about religion why did sound so apologetic about the subject ? everybody is entitled to believe in whatever they want. why Christians are have to always to be apologetic to other religions?
This is third world mentality, trying to add value to yourselves by trying to imitate anything "first world." It just doesn't reflect well if you are not being authentic. Be proud in your skin, and you will be liked.... sorry

@@element1935 it sounds like you have inferiority complex, playing down other people and shoving your foreign passport on my face. I am not interested in your materialistic achievements. I like to see some IQ and good character in people for me to appreciate them. You sound to lack both....lol

You should have visited the black peak (the highest peak in the middle east) while off roading. Even in the summer you can still see blocks of snow.
Would love to come back and explore more! Thank you for the recommendation ❤️

How did you manage it with the fuel?
I think that’s why it was expensive $70 for 2 hours
@@worldnomac 2 years before when lira was 1$=1,500 LBP, it used to be 100$ for 1 hour. Now it is much cheaper actually 70$ for 2 hours :O
