Great video; my preference is "digital" vs. physical assets. RUclips, e-books, affiliate marketing, stocks, bonds, etc. No inventory, no waste, no expirations, no overhead cost, least expensive, quicker to scale...🤑
Print on demand. Or writing books/planners/ anything people could use everyday and then selling them online. You write the book or draw the image once and when someone buys the product Amazon or other sites will print the item. All you have to do is promote and keep coming up with different ideas.

These dudes have the financial discipline of a ferret. They live outside of their means, buying stuff they can't afford and maxing out credit cards like it's candy. They don't take control of what they're doing and become complacent with their current situations. This leads them to jump on social media and immediately bitch about and attack others who actually make money.

A rags to riches story (also maybe a book) in or at the end of my five year plan, I will make 16 million dollars on my first leval patent myself, no money needed from no one (by reinvesting the 500 units I have on hand now). I will have to sell 536,500 units at the end of five years and make a round a 100,000 product units a year myself (easy peasy skill sets). Wish me luck !
Stock photography and video. Without a huge portfolio of 10,000 or more images or clips, it doesn't generate much money, but it is passive, and if you already have a camera, it requires $0 startup cost, it only costs time and effort.

It's not so simple for those that are worried whether or not they'll be making rent I think it's worthwhile to note that there was a lot of luck involved in RUclips kicking off the way it did and online work especially is more competitive than ever That said, ultimately this is your business channel and I think viewers need to respect that. Hard work is ALWAYS required to get that initial bit of capital to pursue long-term passive ventures

In real estate and renting, are you afraid of squatters? What would you do if you have some in your properties? I admit I am sick of car washes. There are more than 5 within a half-mile radius of my house and they are still building more. After that, it's drive through coffee places.
Just some advice for if you run into squatters - don't call them that. They're trespasspers and yes the law cares. Trespassers can be removed sometimes same day, squatters are typically given 30-90 days

renting out personal property is a business in itself. I had a coworker who joined an app in California where he rents out his old baby car seats and strollers. Essentially families that are flying into Disneyland etc can stop by his house to pick up those items and pay him a fee. This is one less item these family have to check in with the airline.
