I believe you usually don't get the tack when you buy a horse. You buy the tack separately then get a saddle-fitter to come out and fit your saddle to your horse 😊Same thing with bits and bridles. Professionals help you figure out what works best for you.

If the tack was custom made for the horse it sometimes comes with but normally its offered at an additional cost
