Finally a chance to see them live after all these years, and everybody just has to yell the words to show they know it. I really hate this trend with concerts. Just listen to him sing. What's even the point when you're shouting out all the lyrics yourself?

Brother, what trend? I've been going to shows for 15 years and this is always a thing, at least in my country and others I've visited. People are excited. Personally, It's so boring to see a show full of a bunch of dead people and the artists giving all their energy even William is putting the mic to them. It's also a cultural thing, it's so natural here while I've seen other countries a bit more chill... respect every preference but what I found hilarious is calling something that is a staple of live shows "a trend"

@@NamikazeBiscocho It's definitely a trend. I was at a Lynyrd Skynyrd show and we were real far back. A friend we were with wanted to get closer so I'm like yeah let's go. On the way up though, she gets second thoughts and says "I can't be up front because I don't know the words." It was such a shocking thing to me that this is the mentality people have now. You need to show those around you that you're a "real fan" who knows all the words. It's crazy. Song along at certain points, especially when they prompt for it, but not every word like this.

@@MountainIce007 dude you need to chill lol. First, it's not a trend. It's always been a thing as long as concerts have been. And people don't do it to "prove" anything. They like to sing along to songs they love. Jesus, get over yourself.
Sounds like you need to go to a death metal show, won't be many people singing along there.

@@RanchoBurger I’m in the band and we love it when people sing. Super weird for us when they don’t.
