PNR floodwaters 29/9/19

This footage was taken on the day the pad was seen to have water emerging from the edge of the pad which has the open ditch. ( • Water flowing side of ... ) You can clearly see that there is a flow of water as outlined in the velocity maps provided by the government for this location that goes down to Carr Bridge Brook.
What this footage also shows is that some of the water goes through fields following ancient watercourses when the volume is to much for the Brook to take away.
