Architects Club, Poets of Berlin, Angelique Noir, and Commodity Gold are sooo good. I love to wear them all year round but particularly during the spring and summer.
Eau Duelle EDT is new to my collection and I love how it feels like a going out for a chilly, snowy walk in the woods and then coming back in for a hot, milky drink.
I have - and adore! - Commodity Gold, Poets of Berlin, Iris Malikhan, Architects Club. Gold and Poets are two of my comfort fragrances. And I agree Iris Malikhan is a masterpiece. 👑 It's one of my go-to scents when I want to smell "Quiet Luxury."
I agree Queens and Monsters is underrated. I am fascinated wit how it couples with my skin! And it’s gone through the test of different climates of the year. Because this, profile is so special, my next project would have to be Poets of Berlin. The notes sound compelling and the inspiration makes me giggle with happiness. Another great video.
Love green vanillas! I agree Gypsy Water is very effortlessly chic. I had the body wash and it was heaven. Also feel Queens & Monsters is so underrated and find that green opening so attractive when at first I didn’t love it. I also have the body cream and it’s UH MAH ZING! 🙌❤️
Ooooh my FAVORITE scent profile! I have all but two of the fragrances you mentioned❤️ It’s bitterly cold where I live right now, and my current fave is layering Eau Duelle EDT with Commodity Gold Expressive, and the scent that wafts up when I’m outside in the cold, crisp air is pure magic✨ Loved this video!💖
Love green vanillas! The best type of scent for gloomy days. I’m wearing Wild Vanilla Orchid by Floral Street today, which is very similar to Poets of Berlin. It’s also more affordable.
Iris Malikhan took my breath away when I first smelled it- I was totally wowed. It brings me so much comfort and calm every time I wear it but it’s also so chic. Love. Also wore Commodity Gold for Christmas Eve because I knew there would be so many other competing smells in the house and it was perfection! Great list.
I have tocca Collette, poets of Berlin, and eau duelle and love them all🙌🏼💕 I have to get my hands on gods and monsters, totally forgot about that one, and vanilla plantifolia!!❤
Anne, I love so many of your recommendations! Architects Club, Poets of Berlin and Angelique Noire just to name a few 💛 Iris Cartagena is my newest obsession ❤️
Im very intrigued by Eau Duelle & Angelique Noir, they both seem up my alley. Must sample. I think Spiritueuse Double Vanille is also on my list of Vanillas to try. Nice vid! Ps, I still have yet to try any of the Delinas, I know they’re old news but im still excited to try. If they do live up to the hype & deliver what I imagine they will i think ill enjoy them… but you never know! Its the mystery & magic of scents. Speaking of mystery & magic… being a fan of fantasy genre stories… I have an idea for you to ponder i think would be fun… you could pick a magical story or two, like Lord of the Rings, or The Witcher, & give the different characters what fragrance you think would be their signature. I’d be curious what you think the Elven queens Arwen & Galadriel would wear or smell like… or the warriors like Aragorn…. Or Yennifer the Sorceress in The Witcher 🤷♀️ or even Harry Potter, what would bookworm Hermione wear, or whimsical Luna Lovegood… or Professor of the Dark Arts or Potions class 🧣🧪🪄
I love this scent profile. Eau Duelle EDT is a must-have for me - it’ll always be in my collection. Interestingly, Eau Duelle goes super sweet on me. The coniferous feel only lasts for a few mins before it gets very vanilla/amber-forward with some peppery facets. I always overspray this one and it garners a lot of compliments!
One of my favourite profiles... I have Angelique Noir and Vanilla Planifolia which are the best in this category. I love G water as well. Nice list Anne!
G Water is a favorite and staple for me. I really like Eau Duelle. I’ve been afraid to try Angelique Noir because of the green note but the way you describe it, 😂think I’m going to sample it.
Commodity gold is stunning. Eventually I will own a bottle. Many people have influenced my purchase of eau duelle and you were definitely one of them. I smelled it and went yup love at first sniff. So many good ones on here been waiting for this video for a while knew you would do it justice! I may try out my sample of poets of Berlin tomorrow I am curious about it.
Iris Malikhan made me get 502. Love both of them and made me appreciate Iris. Unfortunately, my love for Angelique Noir has changed to a meh status. I don’t know why and I have the same reaction to Spiritueuse Double Vanille. Love Poets of Berlin, The Architects Club, and Eau De Duelle. However, I haven’t been reaching for them and trying to figure out why. On a different note, just ordered Bo, Studied, and Floating. I am hooked on the discovery set. I layered them with Molecule 1 and they last all day. They are a great break from all the heavy winter perfumes. Thank you for highlighting Liis on your videos.
I absolutely LOVE Architects Club, I was finally able to try Angelic Noire and find it somewhat similar to Architects Club. I also love Poets of Berlin, I use that one alot in the summer months. thanks for the videos
Iris Malikhân is so gorgeous! Every part of it just really resonates with me, and I never would have tried it without your recommendation. Just ordered a decant of Iris Cartagena, can’t wait 🥹 you’ve brought so much joy to my fragrance journey, I appreciate you so much! 🤎✨
Thank you for recommending Poets of Berlin! I'll admit, the first time I tried it, I didn't like it. Gave it a second chance, and I now love it, one of my favorites. It's the one perfume I do not get tired of wearing. Such an addictive scent.
I am so glad you found the Architect's Club. I love Arquiste, hope you find additional scents there to love. I currently own Architect's Cub, Almond Suede, A grove by the Sea and Pueau. Take care Anne.
Angelique Noir and Iris Malikhan are to die for🤭 Also I’ve added Iris Malikhan after your recommendation 2 years ago, thanks alot Anne🫶🏻 Besides I love Eau Duelle as well but not in my collection. I am so curious about Poets of Berlin as I don’t have a chance to test it as this brand isn’t in Turkiye market. I am just scared if it’s too sweet for me. Can you please make a sorting according to sweetness of the perfumes mentioned?🙏🏻
Im wearing poets of berlin today, wore architects club yesterday 😂❤😂 maybe I'll bust out vanilla planifolia & eau duelle-- let's have a green vanilla week....
This type of scent is exactly what I currently want to add to my collection. Just need to decide which one to get.😅 Great and very helpful selection, lovely video as always!💝
Hi Anna, thanks for another wonderful video. I wanted to tell you my experience with Oro Verde. I got a 8ml decant beaded off your reviews of it. Sounded cool and I actually already have a cannabis forward scent that I love ( Hindu Kush by Mancera). So I thought Oro Verde was quirky and punchy in a fun way. Unique and curious and unisex. It immediately brought to mind another perfume I own: Salted Green Mango by Strangers Parfumerie. Have you ever tried that one? If so, what was your opinion of it? They aren’t identical of course, but they certainly share similar vibes. The overall effect is similar even with their differences. So a few days ago I sprayed on Oro Verde and got in the car with my family. My husband who rarely mentions the way my perfumes smell, comments to me that he really doesn’t like what I’m wearing. He thought it smelled like chicken URINE!!! So now I can’t get that comment out of my head. I guess I’ll stick with salted green mango lol. 😂
I love Iris Malikhan. I had Eau Duelle EDP, but I want Architects Club now that my Eau Duelle is empty. Tested Violet Shot long ago, I keep meaning to buy the small 15 ml as a little goes a long way, but my local shop was out. Thanks for reminding me I need that!
I totally agree Iris malikhan is giving wealth and financial stability 😂. It is a masterpiece imo and the most niche smelling fragrance without being weird. I wear it everytime i want to feel confident
RIP to one of my all time favorites, Vanille Insensee from Atelier Cologne. First Atelier Cologne pulled out of the US, and now the scent is completely discontinued 😢. I need to smell G water. Eau Duelle is probably the closest have found so far, but it is still quite different! Still searching for my perfect replacement
Love green vanillas. I have a few sweet ones too Mugler Aura EDP and Tous Love Me The Emerald Elixir. Similar to the Decadence/Poets of Berlin DNA without the incense or smokiness.

Please please try layering Angeliquie Noir with Iris Malikhan - its just the best combo I have concocted and it makes me feel so polished and chic and intelligent and pretty all at the same time. :)
Architects Club was practically identical to Diptyque Eau Duelle to me-I was shooketh & liked Diptyque more. I have both EDP/EDT as I find them different enough.
I generally go for non-gourmand and more laid-back vanilla fragrances. Gypsy water is still my #1 love! I recently discovered Jo Malone Hindi and Cedarwood. It is a woody vanilla, in the same realm of Liis Bo but more vanillic. It’s my one and only JM. Another one from Byredo, De Los Santos is also divine! Have you tried them before? Would love to hear your thoughts 😊
Appreciate a few less expensive options like Tocca and Gold added in. Sometimes it’s nice to have not only affordable options, but sometimes they can even smell better than the og. Hibiscus Mahajad is on my wish list but heard from reviews that Hibiscus Magic by Fragrance World is a near dupe and some say it’s even better. Would love a new video on dupes of loved fragrances.
Oh good one! I’ll definitely be adding that to my try list. I haven’t tried them yet but I also recently became aware of Brown Sugar Babe oils being popular for their perfume dupes as well, like Soie Malaquais body oil? Take my 💵 💵

Poets of Berlin is my signature scent now and I discovered it thabks you you!! Lovely as always, Anne! Btw, will you consider posting and updated year round fragrances video? I'd love to see how the list changed from the prior videos❤
Hi, it would be nice to hear the prices of these in your videos. Also, might be good to show the name clearly too. Great video thou. You explain things well.😊
Thank you! The reason I don't include prices is because they can vary a lot depending on where you purchase from. People can purchase full retail price, use discount codes, or purchase through discount sites for 10-50% off.
I bought G-Water because of you, because you described it so well and let me tell you I wasn’t let disappointed. It has instantly became my signature ✨🫰🏼

Architects club !! :) I have to try it again i remember it being really good and unisex
@ I got it after getting a travel size from Scent Split. It’s truly unisex and I love to wear it on its own or layered.
Poets of Berlin got me started on this crazy fragrance journey. I still am obsessed with
Poets of Berlin was my first niche purchase. The bamboo and vanilla did it for me, and the blueberry opening. Such a unique scent!!

It is a woody vanilla, in the same realm of Liis Bo but more vanillic. It’s my one and only JM. Another one from Byredo, De Los Santos is also divine! Have you tried them before? Would love to hear your thoughts 😊
