    I still have my two BLASER R93 LRS I got back in the 90's; one in 308 WIN, and one in 338 LAPUA Magnum. They're still one of my most accurate rifles.

    KKC stocks are good as laminate option also for R93 and R8s.

    For me i am left handed but i prefer having the bolt on the right so if i do miss then i can reload quicker if that make sense

    Can someone here tell me please why a 7500 Euro carbon/graphite stock for a Blaser R8 is better than a plastic/composite or wooden stock than just the little bit weight difference?

    I have professional success, and had misfire, several times. I guess it was my fault because I didn’t slam it closed.
    I cycled the bolt few more times, trying to be quiet, I did not work! Quietly, to close properly? Not on my rifle. And stock came without check weld, now that sucks! Kolvkam fixed it.

    "Premium dealer" overpriced plastic called composite for nerds. Blaser does everything to make it expensive to rip you off. If you want an extra magazine you have to pay for the trigger system too. Stupid construction. You buy better and way more reliable rifles with nice wood for less money. Blaser scopes, Blaser slings €€€ , Blaser knifes made by Böker or EKA Sweden that kost twice the price because of a Blaser logo🤣 That straight pull system sucks too. Last month on the shooting range a guy with a brand new Blaser. About every third shot i heard just click......, yeah and an other guy told him that he had the same problem and he should to push the bolt handle harder forward. My friend sold his Blaser because it "clicked" on a capital deer. He bought a new Blaser🤣 He should never had sold his Krighoff.

      @@EmilMouritsen Yes i can. I,m not talking bs here. I know many hunters with a Blaser. Some have no problems and some have only problems. I know a guy/gunsmith with a gun shop. I was there to buy a suppressor and he told me that he quit selling Blaser and now he is selling the Merkel Helix instead. I have a Sako, Anschutz, Varberger and a Krighoff rifle and i shot thousands of rounds and i never had one single misfire.

      @@rapalaron6348 the mag/trigger combo has the advantage that you save a few cm in length. I dont think its worth 400€ though :D I also dont like the way the handle rotates while reloading. A friend of mine has an R8 and the bolt got stuck after firing 50 rounds on the range. He had to clean it to be able to operate the bolt smoothly again. I have a Beretta BRX1 and i am very happy with that rifle. Cost me 1400€ shoots sub half MOA at 100 yards, mags cost 50€ and i have fired hundreds of rounds without any issues.

      @rapalaron6348 2 года назад +1

      @@DUKEisALIVEHi! Nice to hear you are satisfied with the BRX1. I know there was an issue that people who did not read the manual could put parts together the wrong way and Beretta recalled the rifles from dealerships and fixed that anyway. What i remember is that no BRX where sold to customers. Yeah a rifle must be fool proof too ;-) and a few centimeters don't make the difference......cheers!

      The "click" is. Very easily avoidable... just lock the bolt forward like you're supposed to. That's user error.
