can anyone explain to me how the stunt at 1:56 on the sides is legal? their heads are below their hips without any contact to the ground?
The backbend is legal in level one. But without rotation. Otherwise, it would be illegal.

At 0:42 every team starts rotating and doesn't stop for way over a full turn. Why is that not illegal??
Maybe because it doesn’t go up as a full up and they turn after they are up
@@karmenjones1690 most twisting stunts over a half continue twisting once they're up. There needs to be a decisive stop, before you can carry on rotating or it'll count as one move
